We did the trip a few days ago and it was advertised with morning tea, stop at a swimming hole and the ride to the beach. The answer from the stuff in the morning was, that the first two stops are not available on the morning ride. We ended up riding 1,5 hours (maybe 15 min at the beach) for... More

What a great morning we had with the lovely Steph! The couples riding experience was so enjoyable with a gorgeous beach ride and rainforest adventure. Steph was very helpful and patient with our beginner status and the horses were very patient too! As you can see by Hell Boys expression in the photo, even the horses have a fun time!... More

I booked a mid morning tour for $99 which was a 2 hour ride through the rainforest and then onto the beach. The tour guides were amazing. We had around 10 people with 3 people to each guide. They match the horse to your size and riding ability. We had a photo opportunity along the beach as well. They even... More

Great trip. Bomb proof horses suitable for absolute beginners through to more experienced. Similar to most trekking horses you didn't really have to think much about what you were doing, they just follow the crowd and head off in the right direction, in fact, on the way back my husband nearly fell asleep he was so relaxed. The more experienced... More

As an experienced rider, I approached the group ride with an air trepidation. I've been on rides in the past where the whole excursion is overshadowed by a beginner tugging and sqwuaking their way around a saddle. Luckily Steph and Gordon were relaxed and attentive, allowing the ride to continue at a steady pace. Although some of the beautiful horses... More

it was great! The girls working there were just lovely, and ensured a very positive first horse riding experience for our children, aged 8&9, which was very important for us. lovely riding through the rainforest and along the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Cape Trib horse riding was very nice. The staff were excellent, the horses where well trained and knew exactly what they were doing and riding on the beach was lovely. Recommend.

Not really a horse person but thought this would be a nice activity for my wife and I during our honeymoon. We were picked up from a central location in Cape Trib and driven to the stables where we were matched to horses and the two lovely guides took us on a two hour ride across the paddocks, through the... The horse ride on the beach was “The best part of our trip” according to our 9yo. It was her first time, she loved it so much she went back for another go the next afternoon, and now she wants to hurry up and turn 18 so she can move here to work with the horses. Her parents loved it... More
