Mangroves and multiple crocs from the guy who knows his business! Cruise just the right length to educate and enjoy without boring the kids. Website doesn't reflect how good it is!!

This goes on the smaller Cooper Creek, the only boat that can do so, so it's definitely a less "touristy" experience. We booked this as part of the Cooper Creek Wilderness package deal. We were even the first boat of the day so the river was really calm and peaceful. We saw about 6 crocs (4 adults, 2 babies). The... More

We had some time left on our way out of Cape Tribulation and decided to go on a croc cruise. The Wilderness Cruise appealed to us because it is the only one that goes into Cooper Creek, making it a more secluded experience than the tours on the bigger Daintree River. It is also a smallish boat that can take... More

Saw crocs, views along the river were lovely. Quiet and un-touristed. Informative and amusing guide. Whole family loved it. So glad we chose this one and not the cruises on the Daintree river.

It was a warm day so we weren't expecting a lot of crocs but we saw 4, 2 adults and 2 small. It's not an overly commercial exercise, you basically stop at a spot signposted on the road (which could be easily missed) and quick walk in to where the boat is tied up. It probably wouldn't suit if you... More

The hour long trip on Coopers Creek was a great experience. Both the boat and it's captain were not young but he had been doing trips for around 20 years. Scenery is great. He is knowledgable about the area. We saw two crocodiles - one male 5.5 metres long. Awesome. Well worth the $30.

Which is really what we came for. We didn't mind that the boat was old and battered or that the skipper wasn't all that enthusiastic. We went on an afternoon cruise with nobody else on board, and because of the heat our captain really wasn't all that optimistic about our spotting any crocs. But we saw a 3,5 m female... More

We did see one croc because of the season but the reason I found this tour to be average is that our captain didn't seem to have a great deal of knowledge of the creatures he was trying to find. Half the boat was taken up by park rangers who were asking him questions and most of the time he... More

I went with my family on this hour long Wilderness Cruise on Coopers Creek. We were warned that during the summer months it's much harder to see crocs but the mangrove-lined Creek was stunning anyway wirth beautiful views of the mountain. It did start to look like we wouldn't see a croc but then we spotted one and it was... More

We drove to Daintree area from Palm cove. This trip was recommended by the manager of our accommodation. Was a short but informative trip. Easy to find and prompt response when enquiring about trip. We didn't book ahead. Not overly commercial and playing respect to the locals chrocs of cooper creek
