Too many people allowed in at one time. They have a booking system that is suppose to limit the amount of people allowed in but there was a large number of people. Too many kids splashing around and splashing water in the cave pool where there was a number of adults trying to relax. Kids under 16 in the area... More

My husband and I visited after getting a voucher for christmas. We booked a lunch and bathe package- as well as a massage each. Essentially the day cost us about $450 (including the value of the gift voucher- $160). The massages start at approx $150 each for an hour- and whilst they were good- they certainly weren't the best massage... More

This was our fourth visit to the hot springs. I'll get to reviewing our most recent experience shortly. First, i have read a fair few reviews of people complaining about the booking system, noise, crowds etc.; -if you plan to come on a weekend, public holiday or school holidays, BOOK YOUR BATHING IN ADVANCE. Otherwisr you will probably have to... More

My Mum and I booked the Early bird session, just to see what it was like and whether or not we would like to come again in the future. It was beautiful. The sun rose as we were sitting in the hydropool and it was delightful. I can't imagine it would be nice on a hot day or in the... More

I spend 3 hours here with my mother. I went in each pool 3 times. There are 28 pools to choose from, however this includes cold plunge pools, hand basins and baby pools. The pools are very warm 35-42 degrees and very relaxing if not too crowded. I went ton a rainy day which kept away the crowds quite a... More

We had a wonderful 4 hours at The Bath House area of the Peninsula Hot Springs. We absolutely loved every minute. Arriving at 10am was good because we had a couple of hours with not many people around before the afternoon influx. I loved the choice of different bathing experiences and especially loved the Reflexology Walk and the Hydro Pool... More

We went there for the first time yesterday (arrived Sunday lunch time ). The place is beautiful, the baths look clean and it wasn't too crowded which made it great. My 3 years old son absolutely loved it.. We will definitely be going back again.

My boyfriend and I hit the hot springs after spending a fantastic day doing a winery tour on horseback. From the moment we arrived I was disappointed. Finding reception was the first challenge but the biggest shock was how noisy and over crowded it was. Not one area was quiet and being shoulder-to-shoulder with strangers was creepy to say the... Perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Very relaxing. I think the rain may have kept a few people away but it was beautiful to be in the nice warm baths and then have the cool drops of rain falling on you.

I have mixed feelings about Hot Springs so will try to give a balanced view: On the plus side it is a great location and has some fabulous baths and the turkish bath is awesome. Lovely venue and as we went during the week it did not feel crowded. On the downside, the staff are not helpful and should not... More
