Every time living and working in Melbourne city gets a bit too much I pack up my bathers and head to the hot springs. Best in Winter as the contrast between the springs and the outside air is greatest. Summer was ok but much busier and a lot more tourists. I will agree with other reviews that it is expensive... Had a great day there today, my second visit and although it was a Wednesday afternoon, it was still fairly busy. The location is great with stunning views from the top bath at the top of the hill. It can get busy so I would suggest booking online in advance, to avoid disappointment, if you ring and book they charge... More

we just spent the day in the spa dreaming centre and although it was 34 degrees the shade of the trees and the breeze that flowed made for a fantastic day. Lunch was great and the 60 min massage at the end even better. Our time at the hot springs was a great break from the 5 and 3 year... More

Absolute con! Tired, overcrowded and very expensive. Don't go there! The Internet advert shows it to be a place of serenity, was far from it. Only stayed about 30 minutes and that was too long. Very expensive at 40 dollars each.

Dear Sallcallshorne, We appreciate you taking the time to review your recent experience with us. We are disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy your experience in the Bath House. If you are seeking a serene bathing experience, we would recommend our Spa Dreaming Centre bathing area which is reserved for guests 16 years and over. Our Bath House... More

I was dragged here with my two sisters who love this kind of thing and while I have enough trouble getting into a bath tub let alone a public pool, the natural setting and cleanliness of the springs were enough to get me through it. Don't get me wrong, we were there on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty... More

We visited the hot springs as part of their pizza and bathe package (worth paying it!), we arrived at 10am and were very surprised at the set up. There were lots of cars in the car park, and lots of people in the change rooms however, when we got out into the pools (which are spread out far and wide... More

I arrived at 10.30am for my booking of a private bath and facial, didn't go to the hot spring public part, but believe me, even at 10.30am hard to park. It is obviously extremely popular. The private bath was gorgeous, I picked milk and lavender, I think that you are in there for 45 minutes. The room is darkened, and... More

Love this place, so relaxing, discovered a few more pools and pathway walks, there is a great pool opposite the lower foyer area which has water coming out of pipes above to give a water massage on your head or shoulders, very nice and not overcrowded as I think a lot of people just head up the hill and perhaps... This is a wonderful place for an Aussie hot spring experience. It's a lovely setting and the management of bookings works well for a complex with limited pool space. We've been lucky enough to visit a range of hot spring pools complex's throughout NZ, and they take a completely different approach to accessibility, affordability and scale compared to Peninsula Hot...
