I cannot recommend this enough to those of you who like to relax and wind down after a long week of work! It is such a fabulous place to visit either regularly or while you are on holidays. After many years of enjoying the springs, today bought disappointment . I had a gift voucher and went for a beautiful massage treatment, that started in the relaxation room, that is no longer relaxing, one door off it leads to staff room which is noisy with their comings and going, staffs access to the outdoor treatment rooms, means they are... Dear jeanette58_12, Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience to the Spa Dreaming Centre. We are disappointed to hear that the relaxation room, change rooms and noise affected your experience. I really enjoyed my stay at the hot springs, really nice and relaxing there. The stuff was friendly and the whole are clean and tidy. There are many different pools (with different temperatures up to 42°C) as well as a sauna and a steam bath. I lost my sunglasses there but left my contact details with them. Fortunately they were... My girlfriend and I had a great afternoon spent lounging around in all the different pools. Don't expect an exciting day of activities around the pools, but a slow relaxed and intimate day with your loved one or a young family. The area is a clean and very classy in presentation. Fits well into a quiet couples weekend if heading... More

I have mixed feelings about my first visit to the Peninsula Hot Springs. We visited on a beautiful morning in March 2015 with another family. We booked over the phone rather than the internet as I had some specific questions related to bringing along our 4 month old baby. The receptionist told me that we would need to pay for... More

I recently visited the hot springs for the 7pm - 10pm session and was pleasantly disgusted when I saw the bathrooms/change rooms. We arrived at around 7:30pm and when I walked into them all I could see on the floor was bunches of hair all over the floor and when I walked into one of the showers I could see... More

I was given a voucher, which was due to expire, as I had made a few attempts to book but no bookings were available. The staff member I spoke to was brilliant, she reorganised my day to include my new grandson and his mother and allowed me to use my voucher even though it had expired by the time we... More

The hot pools were amazing! There was such a great variety of bathing experiences, from saunas and Turkish steam baths, to massaging showers and incredible hot spring pools! Not to mention the most delicious food I have ever had, at quite reasonable prices! Although we had a great time, it was very busy on the weekend and it was hard... More
