We drove here from Melb, so it is around 1.5-2 hours. We were stuck in traffic and a detour so called to advise reception that we would be late for our allocated time (we pre-booked). It took me several attempts to get though and when I finally did, it turned into a big hassle that we were late, and I... More

We booked a Sat 1:00pm timeslot. It was busy but not too packed. I had no problems getting to a shower. The hottest pool at the highest point, which I'm told is the hottest was packed and there was a queue so we decided not to wait and headed to another one. One thing about the springs is that you... I loved the Peninsula Hot Springs. A great option for a romantic evening out or a hens night with a difference. Although I didn't indulge in a day spa pack or café food it was an excellent place to visit. We went on a Thursday evening in November and purchased the basic entry which was around $30. From my perspective... More

Great place to visit if you like the hot thermal/mineral pools. This place is really one of the best, they have their service and systems down pat! You need to book ahead at least 1 week to get in at a favourable time slot especially on the weekends. I have been here for girls weekends and have taken my family.... More

We went near the end of October, so you can imagine it was quite cold, feeling brave we dipped a toe into the first available pool, I think we were shin deep when we realised it was way too hot 40degrees for us to start with. There's an indoor pool on the way out I'd recommend sitting in there for... More

We live in Melbourne and go here often especially in winter. Go early during the week as it's not so crowded. The architecture and design of the place is stunning, as good as or better than anything I have seen anywhere in the world. The attention to detail in every area is outstanding whether it be in the public or... More

I've been to the Peninsula Hot Springs three times now and I absolutely love it! I recommend that you get there early and book in advance, as it gets extremely busy. It is beautiful on colder days as the bathing pools are about 36-40 degrees, so its very relaxing. The food and bathing packages are great too! I do recommend... More

We went mid week on a cold August day. Not too crowded, I can't imagine it at the weekend. It was fun going from the cold air into the hot pools and they were very relaxing. The view from the hill top pool was terrific. We felt that there wasn't enough variety in the pools, only one had jets and... More

Booked into the PHS for earlybird 8.00. Freezing cold morning but the pools were hot and definitely not crowded. Started dry at the top and worked my way down the hill. The top pool has a 360 degree view and was well worth the walk. Pool also not crowded at 8.00am. Silent pool water was beautiful temperature and also enjoyable.... More

Yesterday I arrived at the peninsula hot springs with my mum and sister. I had booked a month ahead for my mums birthday. When we arrived on Saturday (yes I know it's busy on the weekends which is why I booked) we spent over 30min looking for a car space and ended up having to park awkwardly on the side... More

Dear CC, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience and sharing your concerns with us. From what I can understand, it appears as though you didn’t enjoy any of the pools in the Bath House, rather opted for a refund. We are disappointed to hear that the Bath House bathing area was not what you were... More
