Hi All, For those who have tried the two-hour beach ride, would you recommend this to my parents aged above 60 years old and without any riding experience?

The 2 hour beach ride is awesome! Lots of trotting and cantering on the beach. Had a great horse (Ash) and Jacky who took us out was awesome - she really knows her stuff. I was nervous at first but she put me at ease. Its really obvious that the horses are well cared for. The rest of the staff... More

Went on a two hour bush and beach ride today with a girlfriend. We were part of a group of six with two staff members. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and the place was clean. Horses were in good condition and were well looked after. I was the only rider in the group that wasn't a beginner so I... More

As a first-time rider I was rather nervous but the ride leader, Paula, was very reassuring and lovely. In general all the staff were very helpful and accommodating, we had been booked in for the wrong ride but they quickly fixed it and the ride went ahead with just the two of us. The ride had nice views of the... More

I took a Japanese visitor for a beach ride. Despite the truly awful weather we had a wonderful time. Karen and Beckham couldn't have been more welcoming or accommodating and Jacqui, who took us out, was just lovely. You could see how well cared for the horses were and we enjoyed every minute. A great experience, thank you.

The ride costs $60 for 50min. The place is nice and clear, the staff are friendly and fun. The ride it self is ok, not wow but enjoyable. Its in one route close to the street, I hoped its better. Overall it was a good experience for a first time rider.

This was amazing! I am a very occasional rider but booked onto the 2 hour ride down to the beach. We were in a small group of 6 riders and two instructors who were all lovely. The ride was scenic but the beach was breathtaking. We got to do lots of trotting and even a had a little bit of... More

My son and I are novice riders who wished to experience horse riding on the beach whilst on a weekend away in Sorrento. Firstly, all of the staff were very pleasant and our horses obedient. Trotting is required to ensure the horses get back in the 2 hours (as per the info leaflet at reception but which should also be... More

Took 4 kids for the "signature" St Andrew's Beach Ride today, advertised as "approximately 2 hours". The 4 kids we took were the only people on the ride. The horses and staff were very good, but the trip was only 1 hour and 45 minutes. For the relatively high price I would expect the full 2 hours.

To be fair for a trail riding place it's defiantly one of the cleaner ones and the horses do look like they are cared for, however, it was the staff that ruined the whole experience for me. A tall blonde woman who appeared to be in charge spoke to us as though we had inconvenienced her by being there and as... More
