My partner and I were lucky enough to book in a last minute one hour trail ride for beginners at 3:30pm today. It was good vibes from beginning to end. After we did our research on places to do trail rides (and coming across some really dodgy ones.. note: avoid cheap trail rides) we found Gunnamatta and were pleased at... More

This trail ride was so wonderful as we rode to the beach, along it, and then back. I could tell the horses were so loved and cared for, they were in great condition. The most organised and professional trail ride company I have ever seen! Thanks girls, it was great.

I am 44 and fairly inactive and definitely unfit. I have only been on a horse a couple of times in my whole life. The walking was quite enjoyable, but the trots really took their toll on me. I wasn't aware of the leg strength you require to go up and down. My knees were killing me and I couldn't... More

Our two daughters (11 + 13) took the one-hour ride during the summer holidays. We were impressed with the booking, arrival and induction system. It was busy, it was hot and the staff were working to their best ability. The girls were matched up with horses that complimented their riding ability and all of the staff seemed to have absolute... We booked a 2-hour beach ride in morning session. The front desk lady was very friendly and keen to help, we got a quick check-in and some good suggestion about what-to-visit in the surrounding area. The horses we rode were beautiful and cute: the one my friend got has a shining brown color, shorter but strong, always trying to dodge... More

A beginners level pony trek with calm horses and experienced safe guides (2 per group). Though they do a little trotting, so be prepared for that. They base choice of horse on what you tell them. So if you have no or very little experience and are a little nervous, then you must tell them at the start. I am... More

I am sorry but this is one of the worst trail ride we have experienced in the past. Staff were very unprofessional but most of all they tried to work around tour at their convenience all the time. Our guest who had no experience riding a horse was giving a horse which were hard to control. They obviously knew the... More

We booked the Truemans Bush Ride which is suitable for beginners or for those who have not ride on a horse before. The other options are Green Bush Ride which are for experienced riders. The horses will walk and trot to nearby Park and then explore the Green Bush via its long sandy pathways. The All Day Rides which also... More

Gunnamatta Trail Rides went above and beyond for my partner. He planned to propose to me on our beach ride and the staff really managed to trick me and keep it all a surprise. We did the 2 hour trail and beach ride. It was just lovely! Especially the beach ride. Horses were very well mannered and did not give... More

I booked a beach & bush ride for my best friend & I expecting to be able to go on the beach for quite some time as I have on other rides with different companies. I expected to canter on the beach too. After the booking was complete for one person the lady told me she 'forgot' some details such... More
