I've been to many bathhouses both in Australia and overseas, and this has to be the worst. It's a glorified lukewarm swimming pool. Save your $$ and go experience something else. You want a great mineral spring experience, go visit the mornington peninsula hot springs.

My friend and I booked a mid-winter day retreat and could not be happier. We were welcomed warmly and shown through the bath house, with everything we needed to know clearly explained. We were given fluffy robes, towels and slippers plus lockers to stow our clothes and belongings in and then were let loose for two hours of fabulously relaxing... More

I decided to treat myself to a facial as my skin was looking and feeling very dehydrated. The Rejuvenating Facial was recommended to me as it's a natural product and my skin is sensitive and can become irritated easily. The treatment felt amazing and it was a very relaxing experience. At the end of it, my skin looked and felt... More

It's very expensive for 2 hours of bathing. Public area is boring and private area is double price but better although neither are worth the coin. Do once to say you've done it and go when it's not busy (midweek). Recommend the Peninsular hot springs over this.

Great service, good pools with nice warm temperatures in winter but whatever you do make sure you take thongs or slippers! The ground is made from sharp stones and by the end i could barely walk as it was so painfull on my feet. You can buy slippers there for $5 also.

My husband and I visited the bathhouse over the long weekend. It was an extremely disappointing experience. We paid for the sanctuary for 2 hours (at $87/person) but ended up leaving in under an hour. I'm afraid to say that they prioritized their commercial opportunity to make money over the relaxation of their guests. The bathhouse was extremely overcrowded, making... More

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our visit immensely. I particularly liked the 'beds' in the spa pool. I felt like I was having all my muscles massaged at once!

A perfect day, the venue is beautiful and tranquil, the staff are exceptional with real attention to the customer, and the lunch platter included in the day package was delicious

We visited this bathhouse due to the fact you didn't have to make a booking for the pool or spa. It's roughly 40 dollars which is more expensive then the public spas in rye and they are much nice and cleaner The reception here was nice and looked promising however the change rooms are unisex and disgusting not cleaned well... The Hepburn Bathhouse is in lovely surrounds and the actual building is wonderful. We had the spa package which was over $500 for the two of us. The 1 hour massage was relaxing and the pools are also great. However, we were booked for a 1 hour massage at 10 which left us with 2.5 hours in the pools before... More
