We were looking forward to our mineral bathhouse experience but were disappointed by the staff, the bathhouse its self. It was dirty, the windows were filthy, cobwebs everywhere, outside grounds (looking out from spa) very poor/or lack of garden more like it. The staff did not show us how to use the facilities. Lack of cups for drinking water. Its... More

Very relaxing and many pools to choose from. A shame that the coffee shop was closed at 3pm. Lovely surrounds

Overall my wife and I had a very relaxing and calming experience. We were treated well by the staff and left very satisfied. However we couldn't help but notice that the windows in the bathhouses where filthy and there where cobwebs near the windows, not very subtle. Not a lot pride was taken in the facility!

My partner and I arrived at around 6 pm and were warmly welcomed by the male lifeguard who showed us around the Bathhouse. What a great place to really relax. We spent a couple of hours here and tried all the pools. We especially liked the salt pool and the spa in the sanctuary which offers beds in the pool... More

We recently visited the Springs during a stay at Hepburn Springs. Frankly this establishment is too expensive for what you get. Entry to the bathhouse for 2 adults was $80. I doubt we'll go back. Don't get us wrong there's nothing wrong with it as such, just too pricey for us.

I think in order to enjoy taking the waters of a spring, it is important to understand the point of the activity. Having been fortunate to spend a considerable amount of time in Japan I've learned to enjoy hot springs for the mindful activity in total relaxation and recuperation that taking water can be. I think the Hepburn Bathhouse achieves... More

Whilst the Mineral Pool ( in sanctuary ) was the highlight of our visit the remaining spa pools are nothing to rave about. If you like a steam room it is also nice but it is rather expensive to access The Sanctuary $59 each Tue- Thursday. $85 Fri-Mon The communal change room could be larger and provision of a blow... We took our 3 teenage children to the bathhouse thinking it would be something new for them to experience. We paid $140 for the five of us to have access to the bathhouse. For this money, the five of us had use of what was basically a indoor spa and 20 metre pool that were both heated to 36 degrees.... More

Having paid $113.50 for a family entrance to The Bathhouse the service we received fell very short!!! When we went downstairs we were met by an incredibly officious attendant, she asked if we had visited before which we replied "yes". She then followed with an incredibly condescending list of rules we had to adhere by regarding our children. As soon... More
