Whilst the pool area was lovely and the pool relaxing I did think it overpriced. $40 for two hours - to me not worth it. Personally I found the pool area too hot and stuffy - in fact couldn't stay in there longer than one hour.

This was a nice experience. I did the Sanctuary and it was nice. The spa lounges were different, the steam room was nice and the salt pool was good although a bit crowded. It was very nice but I though $80 was a little expensive for what it was.

we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 hour visit to the bathhouse, it was well equipped with lovely warm pools to relax in. Our only gripe was the main pool is set up so you look out the huge windows at the scenery, but the windows were filthy and light fittings were in need of repair.

Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa is an extremely calm, inviting, peaceful sanctuary. I spent a lovely day there frolicking in the spa with my friend after a stressful few weeks of school exams. The day was exactly what we needed and re-cooped us for our future studying that's for sure. The sauna like atmosphere is pretty strong but the temperature of... More

I was very disappointed in the bathhouse. We were in Hepburn Springs for our 10 year anniversary and wanted to indulge in massage and spa treatments. For the record, I don't mind paying if I leave satisfied, but I was very dissatisfied. My husband and I both had a 60 minute massage which cost almost $150 each. Both of us... More

We hadn't been to a mineral bath / spa before, and felt that the two hours in the public bathhouse was a great introduction to the whole hot spring scene. We were lucky to be there on a Tuesday when it wasn't busy. So we had a nice, relaxing experience. I did start to get a bit lightheaded after an... More

We came here one miserable weekend in June and it was the best thing we could have done. The public pools were great, and we didn't find them that busy given it was a Saturday. But we also got the Sanctuary pass which I would recommend, as it gives you access to 3 or 4 extra spas which are a... More

We visited this bathhouse midweek and just loved the warm relaxing feel of the water. We stayed the full two hours and alternated between the main pool and the smaller one with the spa jets. We would certainly reurn for another visit if we are in the locality.

I visited on a Friday and found the spa to be tranquil and peaceful. The staff were courteous and extremely willing to please. Very impressive! I bought the Sanctuary pass and would have been very disappointed without this as the public pools were very noisy with young children running around (I love children but not in a spa!) even though...
