I really enjoyed this 2/3 day festival, i thought there was a good variety of entertainment on offer, decent camping space and facilities. The food stalls and bars were about normal prices, food was ok not brilliant. Plenty of toilets but not enough taps. Lovely vibe, lots of familys and people looking for a good time!

Visited Santa Pod this Sunday for Bug Jam. Been loads of time before and the facilities seem to get better every time I go. Cleanish toilets, loads of stalls and plenty of food outlets - all at a reasonable price. Plenty of other events throughout the year if you don't fancy VWs. Easy to get out of the venue considering... More

We went for the dragstalgia retro weekend. It was £40 for the entire weekend with camping. The toilets were decent, clean and stocked with paper. The showers were in a proper brick building and were nice and warm. They cost an extra £1.50 but when you live in a tent you can easily justify that! The pit area and paddock... More

Went here on Saturday of spring bank holiday bug unfortunately the bad weather meant there was not a full programme. We were advised of this on arrival but decided to see what we could. However the weather got really bad early in the afternoon so, although there were a couple of races while it was dry for a short periods... More

Attended this years Classic ford show and camped as we do every year. Camping was not so great this time due to the weather in the days prior the quiet area for camping was moved up and was packed in. More and more people seem to want to camp in the quiet area and the faciities did not cater for... More

I'll start with the negatives because this really was overall a great experience. The lead up to the Monster truck show was too long, with some bloke from Classic Ford Magazine just waffling on for ages. And the very worse part was the traffic on exit. I mean there was a queue getting in, but nothing compared to the 1-2... More

The place was easy to find.we had a fun packed day there are loads of things to do for all agers (events/ rides) which is good if your taking young kids because it can be a long day & they would probably get bored of the racing Loads of food stalls from burgers to... I have been going to "The Pod" since a young 16yr old apprentice tagging along with my then boss who ran a "funny car". I now, spectate as a 47yr old, along with my 17yr old son. I have seen many changes (all of them improvements) over the years, and the bulk of them having been since Keith Bartlett took... More
