From start to finish this was an extremely enjoyable day with banter; whit and humour. Chef was excellent in his delivery and we all learnt the what where and how of cookery! There are cookery courses to suit everyone and they certainly make it enjoyable to learn. We all took home some ogf the results of our efforts and I... More

My two lovely daughters bought me a Pork Pie and Piccalilli course for my birthday and I loved it. From registration to leaving I was made to feel welcome and valued and even a novice like me found the instructions and recipes easy to follow with remarkably good results. I found the course quite inspiring and I'll be making more... More

Fantastic 1/2 day course, it works really well. You start with veg prep for the piccalilli, then move on to your pork pie and then back to cooking out the piccalilli. We have just finished eating ours and although I say it myself, it was the best pork pie and piccalilli I have ever tasted. This is the second course... More

Fist time for us on a supper night. Both myself and Jane had been on cookery courses and enjoyed it, so thought we would try a supper night. Food was very good, company was very good, wine tasting was excellent.

Great way to spend a couple of hours. The course is run at a good pace, high quality ingredients are provided and plenty of food to take home.

I attended Tideswell School of Food as a birthday present and I have to say it was one of the best presents I've had. A fun day in a relaxed friendly environment and the best bit is you get to take away all the food you have made! Would seriously recommend the school. 'I'll be back!'.

My husband bought my two daughters and myself gift vouchers for Tideswell School of Food. We went for the Italian Indulgence and all had a great time. The dishes were simple to make but really tasty. Will definitely make them home. We picked up quite a few tips about chopping, seasoning and tasting. I would like to try one of... More

Was led on a course with 3 other people by Alex. This was an introduction to brewing and was given to me as a gift. Really enjoyed the day. Was led along the process of brewing and between brewing stages we were introduced to a few different beers. Really infirmative and lots of fun. My beer should be delivered soon... More

Can thoroughly recommend the Introduction to Brewing course. What Kevin the Brewer doesn't know about the art of turning water, malt, hops and yeast into beer isn't worth knowing!!! Not only do you get to know the process of brewing and do it yourself, you get to know the science behind the process which is more important than I ever... More
