Arranged a day's hike around Kinder Scout with Cath (PWA) for Dad and I - late Father's day present. Despite the rain, both of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This would NOT have been possible were it not for Cath's dedicated organisational skills, professional conduct, and warm personality. If you want to experience the Peak District in a safe and... We joined Cath for this walk and thoroughly enjoyed it. She shares a lot of knowledge and routes on the walk and we would not hesitate to recommend this. Sara & Nick

We really enjoyed our walk up Mam Tor and along the ridge. Cath is a great walk leader and it made all the difference to us having her there to show us the route and to share her knowledge of the area.

At 71, I woondered if I'd be fit enough to do a seriuos trek, having never walked much previuosly. I jumped in the deep end and signed up with Cath for two cosecutive days of trek training. Saturday we did around 10 miles up what Cath said was five hills, starting at Hollins and ending on High Wheeldon, but she... More

Took to the hills in the White Peak area of the Peak District yesterday to challenge ourselves on a training trek in preparation for climbing Ben Nevis in August. The ascents may not be as great in the White Peak, but we did plenty of them and the inevitable descents which challenged our calf muscles. Cath was a great walk... More

We did a walk from Hathersage to Shatton, 6 miles. The surroundings and alongside the river was beautiful but we got to a section that was so boggy it was terrible and took ages to get through. We did and carried on in this lovely countryside. Coming back we got over the fence and walked in the field to avoid... More

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am wondering however whether you did your walk with another company as we have never provided a Hathersage to Shatton 6 mile guided walk. We do plan the routes of our guided walks very carefully to show people the very best scenery in the area and to avoid boggy... More

I joined Cath for a group trek training walk in early May and had a great day out. Cath was professional and helpful with my questions in advance, and even kindly gave me a lift on the day. The route and the resulting rewarding views were perfectly planned and Cath provided lots of interesting information en route. The walk itself... More

I joined Cath on a half days walk earlier this week and really enjoyed it. The Peaks were, as always, stunning and Cath was too! I had been worried about my level of fitness but there was no need, we went at a relaxed pace and it was such a pleasure to hear Cath share her knowledge of the area... More
