We take our 'lil uns' to the Crazy bear playhouse in the Superbowl building arriving before 10 at the weeked to get in for £1 each child- fab value at that price! The children really enjoy themselves for the hour or two we are there ... clean toilet, enough seating areas but the drinks are pricey though and obviously you... More

The place was a mess, the staff behind the bar seemed more interested in themselves than cleaning the place up. Ordered a simple bowl of chips that took 40 minutes to cook , when they arrived I thought Jeremy Beadle was going to spring out on me there was so few. Run by kids that don't have a clue and... More

Don't go after 9pm as it seems to be past the bed time of the staff and they have to close down and cash up before they rush out the door early. Says it open till 10am weekdays but not the days I have tried. Been turned away too many times when turning up just after 9 tried complaining but... More

Visited for a game with sis in law and family. Got a lane straight away. The attendant set the barriers wrong to start but quickly put them right. Bar prices reasonable too.

It is great to have a bowling alley in widnes. And don't the staff know it. Couldn't care less attitudes, rude and ignorant, they may as well employ zombies. The toilets are a disgrace and there doesn't seem to be anyone who cares there. It is expensive too and can be very, very busy. Two hours to wait for a... More

Quite expensive for a game of bowling. Almost £15 for 2 kids and 1 adult, didn't even take an hour! Quasar wasn't available when we were there and staff pretty not interested in their job.

I have been to widnes's bowling alley a few times and not worth going back. staff work hard, but never no one about because there is so few off them. drinks and food are over priced for what they actually are. an older woman was rude who served on reception and even pushed her staff out of the way when... Took Grandson for the early morning special and arrived at 0945 in time for the £1 a game. The Staff were friendly but couldn't switch on the lanes so we waited 45 minutes inside the bowling alley. The problem is that lots of arcade machines all costing £1 surrounded the Grandson. The bowling was good value when finally working at... More

Took my 9 year old & 76 year old mum in the holidays & only paid £2 for me & my mum & £1 for him per game as we arrived before 10am. We walked straight on to a lane, despite it being the summer holidays. It's clean & the staff are friendly. There is also a Crazy Club, Quasar... More
