Nice little place

Nice little market, got to be one of the last of its kind though. Friendly stall holders and some really great stalls. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area.

Widnes market indoors isn't that big compared to a lot of others in the North West, but has everything you need. All stalls staff appeared very friendly and in good spirits. We visited Hankins old fashioned sweet stall, the had diabetic sweets, very good and not too expensive. Lovely lady served us.

nice atmosphere feel welcome friendly store holders all of which are helpful and knowledge. special mention to Noah's ark pet supplies who have gone the extra mile on many occasions including home delivery of heavy and bulky items. We have shopped at the market for more than 40 years and nearly always find what we want.

The market outside tends to have the best stalls. There's one that sells ex m&s stuff as well as from George, another that sells kids stuff that is ex Nutmeg (Morrison's.). Last week I visited a stall that had a stack of clothes all priced at £2, which was made up of tops and dresses so there's quite a few... More

Widnes Market has so much to offer that we rarely need to travel outside of the town to shop. Everything from food, clothes, household goods, pet supplies, hairdressers, opticians, café - you name it you'll probably find it there. Friendly stallholders.
