Surprised a coffee shop of this size does not have a proper coffee machine

Not great if you like decaf lattes! They don't do them. Noisy due to heavy chairs on tiled floor. Helpful staff and food ok.

Lovely place to take the kids to see all the animals and play on the park. Staff in the cafe need some better manners in customer service.

I come here with my two little charges and they love it!!! They adore the ice cream and animals but most if all they love the hay bales and adventure playground! It's a challenge and they still can't do all of it! I love the home made chips and I'd drive there just for egg and chips! (And I do!!!!!)... More

The old woman then came over and proceeded shout... More

I chose 3 ornaments which the cashier put behind the till for me to collect once we had finished shopping. When I came to pay only 2 of the ornaments had been boxed the other was... More

Farm and shop let down by the tearoom... Waited 40mins for a kids hot lunch and an adults pasta bake, after asking where it was, when it came the beans on the kids meal were stone cold. Tin temperature cold, not even been heated!! Needless to say this was returned, then when it came back out it was that hot... More

They did re microwave them when I complained. We have visited on a few occasions and every time the cutlery... More

Good light lunch, house, garden and gift shopping and fun for the children too! Swings, animals, food, tea rooms, gift shop, items for the garden, fresh quality farm food. This place has everything!
