The gardens and Chapel are simply beautiful but unfortunately on the day I visited the Hall was not open to the public but hopefully on my next visit to the UK I will revisit and make sure it's open because if it's as beautiful inside as it is outside then it will certainly be worth the trip

A smallish but really lovely house. Very bright stunning ceilings in a couple of rooms. Interesting place to visit. Surprising entrance through great arch next to a 17th century barn with huge wooden beams. Very bright good stained glass windows in rooms. Well worth a visit.

The setting for the murder mystery night was fabulous and we were looking forward to an entertaining evening. We did enjoy the evening but there were a few issues which would make us wary of going again. Firstly, the mystery wasn't as billed. David Dunwoody didn't return home after an 8 yr absence. Instead Jack the Ripper fled to Rainhill... More

We visited Arley Hall this last weekend, as they had a Food Festival and small Craft Fair there, which added to the visit, as we had friends with us. Thankfully, the weather whilst over-cast was dry and the temperature made for a nice day, walking and enjoying the exhibits etc. Plenty of great food on offer and to purchase, albeit... More

We visited the hall whilst at the Cheshire Food festival. It gave a great account of the history of the hall and had some interesting exhibitions within various rooms. I loved the fireplace in the main sitting room - values to live by!!! The ceilings in nearly every room were fantastic - make sure you look up or else you... More

Visited for the food festival in Sept 2014 and had an excellent day out. The restaurant was excellent - thank you to the young gentleman waiter who helped me with my son's pushchair up the steps - little things like that make all the difference - The staff in the restaurant could not have been polite or more helpful if...
