We came here just to use the spa as a treat to celebrate my birthday which was last week (no spa availability last week) just to experience the spa. We didn't stay as we had prior engagements but the hotel looked beautiful. The spa welcome was ok, friendly staff who offered us a seat straight away. We saw the pool... More

My friend and I visit a few Spas each year, this was great for a day out. It wasn't far from us , the staff were helpful and the afternoon tea was lovely. We joined in a Pilates class and the tutor and members were very friendly. We had a short treatment each which was at a good standard. We... More

We went here because we were unable to get in anywhere else for a spa day. We were given very early treatment times which then means not wanting to go in the pool to wash off facial products. The temperature in the pool area is oppressive and uncomfortable. I couldn't stay in there without getting a headache. However the main... More

I was given a gift of a luxury pedicure for my birthday so went last week. all in all, I have to confess, I found it somewhat average and certainly not as luxurious as I would have expeceted. Nails filed a bit and not trimmed. The staff were ok, as soon as the treatment had finished I was shown back... More

The moment that you arrive at Rookery Hall Spa, you know you're in good hands. Greeted by our "hostess" and then given the tour of the facility, you know exactly what to expect, where everything is, and where you need to be and when for any treatments etc. Really relaxing spa day with very good massage. Nice little touches, and... More

Booked the Indulgent Spa Day for a birthday treat for my daughter. It included afternoon tea and a 55min treatment each. You can choose what treatment you have (we both went for full body massages) .. Bliss. Treatment rooms, relaxation rooms lovely. Spa area was very nice but nothing special. The hydrotherapy pool was a bit disappointing to be honest... More

As a Rookery Hall Spa member I have used the facilities many times and been the lucky recipient of numerous spa treatments. The therapists never fail to deliver, after todays face and body combo from Kelly I yet again am left feeling wonderful. Thank you to the whole team.

After years of going to hoar cross decided to try here for a change and so pleased we did. Its much smaller but the facilities are lovely and the treatment rooms some of the best I've seen. However, its the little touches that make you feel extra special and the afternoon tea was divine. Only knocked a point off as... More

Had another perfect, relaxing and lovely spa day at Rookery Hall this week. The treatments and facilities are excellent. Lunch was served on time and was good. The staff are so attentive and couldn't do enough to welcome my mum, my 10 month old daughter and I. After getting married here in 2011, it's a really special place to my... More
