I guess that is why thousands of people come time after time to get their fix as they say :)Here at Snugburys we are not only famous for our ice cream, we also attract tens of thousands of visitors every summer to come and admire our huge straw sculptures. These impressive creations stand tall in our field along side the A51. Previous creations have included a 36 ft Meerkat and a working model of London’s Big Ben! « less

You can visit the pigmy pigs walk to the talking Darlik and enjoy a vast ice cream tasting yum yum. The chocolate brownie is delicious as is the cinder toffee all made on the premises.

Snugbury's looks inviting and charming as you drive pass it on the main Nantwich to Chester Road. However, once you have driven into the large car park and admired the fields, it is time to shop for the 'famous' Snugbury's Ice Cream. The name conjures up a magical and magnificent Ice Cream Parlour. Unfortunately, the reality is that the Parlour... More

Tried the famous snugburys icecream today for the first time and we were not disappointed. Salted caramel and macademia and chocolate brownie were both amaaaaaaazing. Will definitely visit again on my next visit to Nantwich!

We have to travel past here regularly and we always stop off for an ice-cream. The flavours are fabulous and interesting. They also have large take home tubs. The courtyard is really picturesque in the summer. A lovely place to while away your time while you indulge in really great ice-cream. They also have a coffee shop for the weary... More

Heard a lot of good reports of this place but never been before, so after a long walk gave it a try for tea or coffee, which was advertised by the main gate. Lovely driveway, nice car park. Should have realised the obvious signs of people outside with umbrellas eating ice cream in the rain! Went in to the tea... More

Hello, I'm sorry to hear your visit wasn't what you were expecting. Snugburys is an ice cream shop where we aim to make and serve the very best ice cream. Although we do offer tea and what we believe is great coffee, we certainly don't advertise or aim to be a café or coffee shop. I will be speaking with... More

2 scoops 1 yum yum and 1 rum and raisin, have had both before and the yum yum used to have lots of different tastes and textures, could hardly distinguish between the two as so lacking in flavour! The 2 scoops barely made 1 decent scoop and at £2.90 we won't be going again, much more taste in high end... More

We came with our 3 year old son and were very disappointed having been to the Cheshire Ice Cream Farm with loads to do there was nothing here! Luckily it had been raining and my little one had his wellies so found some puddles to jump in! I also suffered a bad stomach after my ice cream not sure if... More

Went up to Macclesfield for a concert and on the way back diverted to snugburys to see the straw Dalek. (Big Dr Who fan) It had been very wet & windy overnight so was expecting to get muddy walking out to the field but the path seemed well maintained and really glad we went. Stopped back in the shop to... More
