Easy hiking around both Cascade and Mountain Lake. Even if you don't have time to circle all the way around the lakes, hike part of the way and then turn around. Cascade Falls is a short hike in from the road and definitely worth the stop. Breathtaking vista from Mount Constitution and you can drive your vehicle up to the... More

Climb to the top of Mt Constitution and the top of the tower. Beautiful view of all of the surrounding islands and water.

Do some hiking in this park and get the magnificent views of Puget Sound and Canada beyond. Some of our party camped here, others just did the hike. Everyone was overwhelmed by the beauty.

The tower at the top of Mt Constitution is deservedly popular, with its views of the islands that rival Greece's. The new nature center for kids, and the gift shop, are a nice addition.

Hike around the fresh-water lake, rent a kayak or a paddle boat, swim, picnic. Play area, beach. Ice cream available at the concession. They make PBJ lunch sacks up too. You will need a state Discover Pass, available for purchase on site or on line.

Beautiful state park. Well worth the drive to the top. You can basically drive right to the top of Mt Constitution. Stunning Views on a clear day. Make sure you stop at the lakes on the way up.

This is a beautiful state park with many hiking trails and fantastic views of the San Juan Islands from the top of the mountain and along the way. There is a trail to Crescent Falls that is rated "easy" but is still steep enough that it could be difficult for a person with mobility issues. The Crescent Lake user area... More

We only had a few hours to spend here and was with someone with mobility issues. The views from Mount Constitution were really beautiful and easy enough to get to even for our friend with recent knee replacement. There was an information booth there and the volunteer working there was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Driving through the... More

We camped here 5 nights in August. Beautiful state park, nice camp grounds, lots to see and do. Went up to mt. constitution about 3 times, took a couple of hikes (cascade falls, twin lakes), did some fishing. Spent every afternoon at the beach area, enjoyed lopez island creamery icecream, the swim area is nice for all ages. They have... More
