The concerns for a tourist golfer are; new course never played before, borrowed clubs, quite expensive. The result was lots of lost balls, but anytime you can lose a ball in a cenote water cave, then you don't mind!

Rentals are graphite shafts, old Callaways for both men and women. Too high of a charge for carts. You are only treated well if you stay at Sian Kann or if you have a timeshare or condo there. If you are a guest from the other hotels, good luck getting any kind of good treatment while you golf. We tried... More

It was very enjoyable. A lovely course with different animals to see for sure. Some hard shots for a women from the white tees. A challenging golf game and so much fun.

Excellent course, fast difficult greens and several absolutely spectacular holes. Only downside is that it is a holiday course, my round took 5h30min...so tee off early. Oh and use Cheryl at Tee'doff to do the booking, she got me a 40% discount on the listed price.

The golf course is in very good condition if you are staying at the hotel its included but its a con because you have to have a buggy which cost 60 dollars per golfer and 30 dollars for a none golfer .It is a good test suited to to a mid to low handicap .

WE have been Gran Bahia Principe guests 3 times at Riviera Maya and we are golfers. We did play golf in many countries ( Canada-USA-Panama- Dom. Republic). The golf is fabulous but the price of the cart is too expensive. The golf is supposed to be included but by paying $100.00 per person makes no sense. Especially because it is... More
