So I have to give a 2 star rating, not exactly on the tour part, but because of the fact they didnt have our reservation. I recieved an email from them with our confirmation number and even responded that they did have everything correct. I had also paid for this half day trip well in advance via paypal. Day of... what an amazing experience. Jerrome was our tour guide and he was brilliant from start to finish. We had a quad bike each (you can share one) and Jerrome took us through the jungle treks which was great fun. we drove to a mayan community where he then showed us around their living space and introduced us to the many... Great guides, enthusiastic. A wonderful adventure. For those that wear contacts, bring saline ahead of time. The dust may stick to your contacts. We went for a half day excursion would included the ATV tour, stopped at the animal shelter, and then topped off with a swim in the cenote. Our guide was amazing. I forget his name, but he... More

Loved the staff, easy going, and very professionnal. The quad was exciting I had never tried before. Very safe ! Not THAT easy but still fine :-) The people you meet, the place, the cenote, i think the place is preatty clever and I liked it. My husband and I liked it so much that we did it twice :-)... More

We spent half day and it was very great!! The 2 guides are very nice and convivial! They explain quickly the functionnality of the quad but sufficient. The trip in quad in the jungle is cool! The visit of the little zoo maya is interesting with the possibility to take a snake in your hands! Swimming in the cenote was... More

Thank you very much for your review and comments, we are sorry about the water on the ATV road, we do this to avoid plastic trash on the jungle, because we've tried before, but people accidentally lost their bottles in the way of the jungle. Have a grat day and we hope to see you next time!! More

Me and girlfriend went last October and this was one of the highlights. Was so fun on the half day and really interesting under water caves at the end of the trail. Would 100% do again!

Was good. They keep it safe. I was way more impressed with the Mayan Village and the caves than the actual ATV'ing. The ATV's are older. Things that I didn't like, was the $10 per person insurance once you get there. It was never mentionned to us when we booked. We didn't really have a choice, because of the age... More

The location was a short trip (10 mins) from the Bahia Principe which was where we were staying and the driver was on time to collect us. Upon arrival we had to sign a disclaimer and we paid $10 per vehicle for additional insurance to cover damage to the bike. This is optional but seeing as I did hit a... More

We did a half day trip, animal sanctuary/cenote/quadding with a group of 8 and had a great time. Lots of quadding time in comparison to jungle jims, course was great and lots of fun. Animal sanctuary was nice to see the original mayan way of life and the animals being cared for. This was my third cenote swim, it's always... More

This was a great excursion! We did the four wheel tour as single riders. We rode grizzly 350's which surprisingly had a lot of power for the little size! The drive was about a half hour with professional photography. We went through a Mayan family's place. They have some animals from the area...very cool! Then into a cenote which was... More
