One of our best vacations. I love beaches, and this was the first time I set foot on one outside the states. The soft sand, the turquoise waters-ah man. It was like heaven on earth. The weather was perfect, not to hot and not too cold (I recommend going in October). The only downfall was that we could only stay... More

We have taken a few different cruises and really enjoyed this NCL island. We did the jet ski tour and highly recommend it! We also walked around and explored the island a little. It was a real neat experience being on an exclusive island. The food NCL provides is very good too. The only bummer part of our time was... More

We just got back from a 4 day Bahamas cruise on the Norwegian sky. This island was one of the highlights of our cruise. There are very limited vendors on the island, so you don't have a bunch of locals in your face as soon as you get off the ship. The beach is beautiful and there are plenty of... More

We splurged on a small cabana and that made this the best day of our week-long vacation. We brought our own snorkel gear and enjoyed the quiet lagoon nearest the cabana until it was time for our kayak tour. Andy and Jay were great guides and it was a perfect day.

The place is beautiful, but I got this kind of prepackaged 'Disneyland' experience. The island is owned by Norwegian cruise lines and I waited 40 minutes in a tender line just to get there. I got there by way of the MSC Divina, which is a huge ship (4000 passengers) hosted by amateurs, especially the bartenders. The island is small... More

This was one of our stops on the Norwegian Gem cruise at the beginning of August. It was a great day off the ship and to just enjoy a day at the beach. We did rent a small cabana, which was a short walk away from the main beach, but anyone who wanted a bit more privacy could have easily... More

Norwegian Cruise Line's private island provides a great day of relaxation. Sandy beaches, clear waters, and colourful fish.

We went here on MSC Divina 7 day cruise. We had to take tenders ashore to this private island owned by Norwegian. The sea was rocky and it was boiling outside. We did not realize that all cabanas and clam shells were pre-booked on the ship. So we spent an hour trying to find chairs in some kind of shade.... More

This is one of the Norwegian Gem's stops as part of its 7 day cruise to the Bahamas. It is truly a beautiful beach with the conveniences of seats, umbrellas and lunch that are included as oart of the cruise. You can rent rafts and snorkel gear for about $25 a piece. If you bring your own gear, you really... More
