Tried the blue cheese. It was very mild and had a chewy texture. A very pleasant cheese. ... and the curds were squeak-alicious.

Very good goat cheese. The shop is located at the far end of the village, at the oppposite end of the street of the Chocomotive shop.

Small spot, likely busier with more cheese products in summer than winter. Free samples. Arrive early in day for fresh bakery items.

It has three locally made cheeses, fresh bread and a good selection of condiments. The counter staff offer cheese samples. I also bought organic, Quebec sunflower oil.

This place has a nice selection of cheese that they produce, as well as some other local cheeses. They will tell you about their cheeses and give you a taste of each of them. They also sell fresh bread and pate, so it makes the perfect stop to get the ingredients for a picnic. Montebello also has a supermarket, so... More

Very friendly and efficient serving at the counter, in both official languages, which is not always the case in Quebec. All their cheeses are excellent.

This is a very friendly little cheese shop. The staff is super nice and they have a variety of their cheeses available for sampling. They were especially helpful in listening to what we wanted to find in a cheese and recommending something that matched our interests.

This little store offers a wonderful selection of cheese and breads! The cheese curds were delicious as was the aged cheddar and Belgian crusty bread!

Well worth the stop to sample and buy some delicious local cheeses. We particularly enjoyed the tete de papineau cheese but good selection to appeal to a variety of tastes. They also have a selection of pates, terrines and fresh bread so could be a good stop to pick up the makings of a picnic lunch.

This is a family owned cheese shop. All the cheeses are made in-house. They also feature some excellent artisan breads. Buy a chunk of cheese, a loaf of bread, and a bottle of wine - - lunch is served!
