Always a fun time at sandspit, the rides are fun and the atmosphere is lively. Lots there to keep the kids entertained and busy. My teen aged daughter especially loves the Cyclone rollercoaster. Lines are never usually long and the kids can ride all day for a decent price. Great picnic areas if you want to pack your own meal... More

OK, it is small but when kids were younger they loved (to escape the campgrounds) to play here for a few hours. Great place to take the Under 14 year olds for a few hours. Did this for 20 years with my kids, cousins and brother's kids on an annual 4-5 day camping trip. Last visit was 2006.

We stayed in Cavendish for a week and ended up getting the weekly pass for the four kids in our group. It was a fun spot to visit when the kids were looking for something to do sometimes we'd pop in before dinner or sometimes after. Cavendish isn't very busy at the end of August so the kids went on... We went to Sandspit Cavendish Beach just to ride the go carts. It can be rather expensive which is the downside but if you love go carting it was an OK place to go to get your fix. We also went on the roller coaster. It's rather small scale, but fun just the same.

Used to come with my children often....they could entertain themselves on rides or minigolf while an adult could slip down to Tourist Mart or across road to galleries or shops

I find it is pricy for what it is but kids will love it. Its not overly big but it is in a convienient location right on the main drag in Cavendish. The go carts and rollercoaster are always popular. Its a staple for a trip to cavendish.

There pretty much is something do here for every age group, from the merry go round to the roller coaster. Food is good and the mini golf coarse is second to none. It is not overly cheap to do the rides but name me theme park that isn't. You don't have to pay to enter the grounds but to ride... More

I make my visit there whenever i am on the island,i find that it is very expensive, also the games are so difficult almost impossibe to walk away with a prize,a game in particular is to throw 3 bean bags and knock three cans of the table,i beleive the three bags are full of feathers, they are so light in weight that... typical amusement park all kids love it, cheapest way is to get bracelet, if we stayed longed we would have bought the combo pack that included Shining Waters. great for kids over 48 inches as they can go on all rides.

A great stop when you have kids although there was an issue with one of the rides recently where a girl fell out....I hope they ramped up their safety. When we were there the kids really loved all the rides and stuff. For a family of five it was about $100 for our entrance fee which, if you stayed the... More
