Excellent show, want to go back, those one liners - never had such a good laugh - never knew there was such a great Disney version. Widow Twankey would love to learn that shimmy. The actors involved the whole audience, even Megan...who ever you were, you fit right in. We were there with other drivers from a local Bus company.... More

Wonderful show! They follow the basic plot of the Disney version, but have added a few of their own characters and none of the original songs. We went as a family including a 4 year old and a 7 year old. The kids loved the interactive aspects of the show and the adults loved the innuendos. St. Jacobs Playhouse staff... More

Today I went to the playhouse for the first time with the school in my area. It wasn't what I was expecting at all. I am amazed at everything from lightning, scenery changes and of course the acting. Everyone did such a great job interacting with the kids and keeping them entertained which can be hard. I am going to... More

We regularly attend performances at the theatre's in St. Jacobs either by ourselves or with our grandchildren. The settings are very good and the plays are equal to those presented on the main stages in Toronto but provide superior value. Our grandaughters (ages 5 to 10) love the stage presentations and we love making a day out of it by... More

We went to see Aladdin Christmas show. The show was excellent and got a standing ovation from the audience. The layout of this theatre is exceptionally good. because of the sloped design of the floor there is a clear and unobstructed view of the stage from every row. We were in row 'M' and had an absolutely perfect view. We... More

Took in "Last Chance Romance", another fine production by Drayton Entertainment. This company never disappoints us with the plays it puts on. To other travelers, if you haven't seen one of their performances, don't hesitate. In my opinion they rival the big guys in the larger cities. This was our first visit to this particular theatre. Very nice. Doesn't seem... More

Saw the comedy Last Romance. Very funny. Theatre is small but very new (under 10 years old). Seats have lots of room and any seat is a good seat to view the performances

An intimate theatre with good acoustics, not a bad seat in the house. Small bar in lobby with limited seating, hightop tables. Located near hotels, outlet shopping, farmer's market, dining. Good location!

Excellent entertainment venue. Cosy, small and intimate. The plays are well done. The variety of the productions are outstanding everything from comedy to drama. The perfomances are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this theatre.

Recently saw the Drayton production of the Tony winning musical Chicago. It was an enjoyable afternoon of burlesque entertainment - a little raunchy and never a dull moment! The Fosse style dancing was authentic jazz age! I must applaud the marvelous brass musicians for their jazz renditions. Jayme Armstrong shines as Roxie Hart. She has become a Drayton favourite starring... More
