That's all that's there is a big cow. No other attractions, small town. More

Many times we have seen Salem Sue as we were driving by on I 94. This time we stopped. My husband works in the genetics industry for Bovines - I took his picture and emailed it to his co workers. It was great fun. She stands 38 feet high, 50 feet long and is high up on a hill. You... More

Just seconds of a I 94. if you want to see a big dairy cow. This is the one to see. It has a nice gravel road leading to top. Big trucks could park at the park, and take short hike up the hill. Can not miss it, south side of the road. More

If you are traveling along I-94, take a break and stop to see Salem Sue, exit 127. It makes for a fun photo opp and it is a nice view of lovely North Dakota. It is a quick, free (donations encouraged) stop. If you are able, hike up the hill behind Sue for an even better view of the countryside... More

When I read about this, I initially thought this was a real cow. However it's just a giant plastic cow up on a hill in the middle of nowhere. I think it's better to just enjoy the view as you're driving by. More

My wife and I stopped at Salem Sue on our way back to Moorhead from Medora, ND. It doesn’t look too tall from the road, but as you make your way up the nearly one-lane dirt road up to her, her true size emerges. The hill on which she stands on is extremely windy, giving visitors a true sense of... More

Driving through North Dakota you find a lot of empty space between small towns, so if you can't bring yourself to actively seek out a photo op with a 6-story fiberglass Holstein cow, you should at least stop and buy gas at the station that's off the same exit. Fill your tank, grab a snack, and give yourself a moment... More

In reference to another poster, it really demonstrates the value of the review when it comes from someone who thinks udders are genitals. If you're NOT a mental patient who believes the place from which the milk you feed your child comes is naughty or traumatizing, then by all means visit! Otherwise, head off to that mouse-themed fantasy park, co-hosted... More
