Your Seafood Pie is VERY good. You could make it better and that would be worth an additional $5. Less potatoes and corn. Replace that with more seafood and your seafood pie will be perfect. I still plan to buy it, no matter what!

This combination, restaurant, bakery, groceries, seafood, and gift shop is located in the right location for taking a break from driving from NB to Halifax. Food is very good and reasonable. Cafeteria ordering is quick to get you on your way. Great ice cream stop. Fresh local vegetables, fruit when in season are priced fair. New gas bar across street... More

Not sure why all the fuss about this place, other than a great marketing campaign, but it’s just a local market that has everything all the other local markets have. The prices are nothing special and after shopping for half an hour, you’re done. Obviously, I’m missing something.

This is a MUST-STOP place along the highway thru Nova Scotia. We find the variety excellent, local produce and crafts abundant, the bakery to die-for and the deli/restaurant very good, especially the soup/sandwich or salad combos. There is also a seafood market in an old lighthouse and a liquor outlet. One stop shopping....worth taking the exit off the highway EVERY... More

Worth the stop. We had a browse, I bought a few items. I had a cup of coffee (which was good) and a homemade donut. The donut tasted like donuts are supposed to taste, not like that national hockey chain that so many people frequent. I would go again.

On a road trip to Halifax, the wife and I saw a sign " Fish and Chips " We were very hungry so we got off the Trans Canada at the indicated exit. When we first entered the lot it had an tourist park look. We went to the kiosk and ordered haddock and fries to go. There were picnic... More

This market is a license to print money. They have fresh local produce, fresh baked goods, gift shop and two places to eat. We stop here regularly for baked goods especially the donuts and raisin bread, all piping hot. Always go home with a couple of bags of seasonal fruit and produce. The fish & chips here are some of... Your fish and chips are the best in N.S. with that said your bakery isn't the best, I do hope you approve on this.
