We went out on the early morning trip on a clear day. After about an hour Orcas were spotted in the distance and with the boats sonic equipment were drawn towards us. It just got better and better. Orcas everywhere. One enormous one totally flew up out of the water right in front me. I was absolutely mesmerised and overjoyed!... More

We stopped into Telegraph Cove to check in to another tour for the next day and saw that there was a whale watching trip leaving shortly with spaces still available. We made a spur of the moment decision to get on - and boy, were we ever glad we did. We've done a lot of whale watching trips all over... More

At the end of August, we're here in Telegraph Cove to see killer whales. This is best place in the world to see it. And you can see very well!! These tour operators are very well organized, the boat is big, so even with a lot of people over we can see, there is a marine biologist who explains in... More

My wife and I have wanted to go whale watching for a number of years and have never found the time until this summer. We looked at a couple of options and a friend suggested "the one at Telegraph cove" so we booked the trip. I have to say the drive to Telegraph cove is worth the trip in itself... More

Brilliant day! Took off at 1pm today and by 1:15 we had seen a small pod of porpoises. Next humpback whale after humpback whale. We were extremely lucky to even see a bear on one of the islands, plus a pair of bald eagles. Saw right into the mouth of a humpback as it breached about 2m from the boat!... More

Telegraph Cove was our destination. We were going to go out on a whale watching excursion. The whole experience was very positive. Sea Otters, Heron's, Bald Eagles, Black Bear, many types of water fowl, humpback whales, pacific white sided dolphins and doll porpoise. As a nature photographer, I was very fond of the surroundings and environment. Bring your cameras and... More

We stayed at the resort for two nights and wished it could have been for longer. The accommodation had all we required and the resort had an excellent restaurant, shop, bar etc., and the whole atmosphere of the place is perfect. Our apartment (above the Coffee shop) looked out over the entrance to the cove and we saw Orcas passing... More

The boat we went out on was very first rate and spacious. The staff was friendly, informative and very welcoming. We ended gaining much knowledge about whales. The first half of our tour we were surrounded by orcas on both sides of the boat. We did not expect there to be so many. It was an amazing experience to be... More
