We stayed one night at this beautiful resort and will be back when we pass through again.. Great beds Great service Great restaurant and awesome buffet!!!!! Super friendly staff who will make you comfortable if you have a problem. The grounds and people who run the lodge are very special. A great experience wandering in the pines and sitting by... More

Talking Rock is a good golf course, and a pleasure to play. It wanders through the ponderosa pines and has some good elevation changes. Wide fairways make it very playable, as do the variety of tee choices. It's not a course I would rush back to, but definitely worth a visit.

Was a last minute decision to golf here as we were on our way home 8 hours away and locals said you have to golf it. Stopped in and got a tee time because of a no show and off we went. Lots of trees great fairways and greens were in great shape. Got paired up with a member so... More

This is our third visit to the course. It is a first rate facility with friendly friendly staff and service. The course is challenging with generous fairways which are well bunkered. Greens are a nice pace and fairways are tight. It is fun to play again and again. We stopped after for a drink in the lounge before departing. We... More

This golf course situated on Little Shuswap Lake and owned by Little Shuswap Indian Band is a gem. It is attached to Quaoot Lodge which is a great place to eat and stay. It is a first class course and hotel.

I have been told for years this course is a must do, and as soon as i finished my round i couldn't wait to play again. We arrived for our round and our clubs were loaded for us. The staff opened the doors to the pro-shop for me and the service was outstanding. We were given some free range balls... More

Played golf here before but stayed for the first time this May 2015. The staff was outstanding, pleasant and very helpful from golf starter, pro shop, front desk staff and lounge staff. The golf course was in great condition and played what seemed a bit longer than expected. The rooms were very clean and well looked after. The resort provided... More

I want to play this course over and over! Layout is surrounded by nature. Driving range is fantastic with lots of target flags. a large chipping green and a separate putting surface. 1st Tee marshal will provide solid tips. Greens are guards by well placed traps. highest hole on the course overlooks Little Shuswap Lake. Hole 18 finishes along the... More

I am a bit biased with this one, I am a Little Shuswap Indian Band member and am extremely proud of our investment of the Taking Rock Golf Course. The course shares the beauty of our reserve, however; my only concern is the effects the turf maintenance and upkeep has on our environment. I know our golf maintenance crew do... More

We played twice on Oct. 3 and 4. Course was in great shape except that the greens are still recovering from the recent aeration which meant for a few missed putts. It's great to have a grass driving range with a large putting green with sand bunkers to warm up on.
