A park for everyone

A great park to go to however it is under construction ballot of the time...the church if it is open is worth the trip.

This place is free to visit, but I felt like making a donation because we had such a nice time. The buildings are beautiful and the ladies who showed us around and shared their knowledge were all so sweet, especially at the Heritage House.

This is the second time I have been to this park and both times it was very nice. The park is really clean and the staff are great. We talked to a few of the staff that were inside some of the attractions and they were very knowledgeable and kind. It's not a huge park so it doesn't take too... More

Manicured lawns and large shade trees surround this picturesque park set in the heart of Minot. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoy a beautiful summer day in this park. Donations help make this park what it is.

I found this place while searching things to do in Minot and it turned out to be such a charming little park. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the volunteers who run the place are very knowledgeable and friendly. The church is an experience in its own. As soon as you walk in you are transported to another time and... More

My family and I were driving from Minot to Bismarck and stopped for a visit. This is a free place to visit, although they do accept donations. They have a few buildings to tour and have volunteers inside to explain the buildings. This was a nice visit and would recommend this to anyone in the area.

Considering that it's free, this is a simple but charming little park urban park in Minot. The stave church itself is worth seeing, as are some other little buildings and statues.

I was there in an evening and some features of the park weren't available, but the park contains some interesting architecture and cultural displays which are quite unique. I greatly enjoyed my walk in the park, and would like to go back when more things are open.

Great place to explore for an hour or so! Even better when you pack a lunch and have a picnic there. Great picture opportunities and the gift shop is worth checking out as well.

The ground were beautifully maintained. The buildings were authentic. The volunteers that staffed it, had pride in the park and knew it's history. They were enthusiastic to share the info and were friendly too.
