This zoo has a nice collection of animals from around the world. The setting is pleasant, many trees spacious and very clean. Considering the cost of caring for animal especially exotic ones the price is very low. Great place for families.. It is adjacent to o a park with picnic tables and lots of trees. Beautiful. Take time to feed... More

Good zoo, animals looked healthy and well cared for. Not all animals were available as it was raining, but the zoo can't control the weather. If you go, do so while it's sunny.

I thought this zoo was going to be a waste of time because it was so small. I have been to larger zoos my entire life and this measures right up there with the best. Selection of animals was very impressive, the price is fair and the staff was amazingly friendly. Can't wait to go back!

I was last here in the 80's I was 11. Much larger than I remember and obvious improvements since the flood of 2011. I came with my wife and 2 boys cost $24 and took about 1 1/2 hours a great activity to walk off some of the buffet lunch we had at the Hibachi Grill also recommended. Hi-lite was... More

Spent a whole day at the zoo! They have so many different animals and there's lots of ground to cover. They don't have all the animals back yet since the flood but most are! Giraffes were definitely my favorite! Along with the jalapeno cheese-filled pretzels at their concession ;P

A lot of rebuilding taking place after the flood, A lot of stuff was still not operational or open this year when we went and they still charged full price compared to last year which had more open. Still a good time just not the bang for the buck. Previous

Okay, this is not a big city soo with massive funding. However, it is really a nice little zoo with lots of different animals to enjoy. This is 2014 and it is still not completly back form the flood, but still pretty nice. I enjoy it more then the state capital..

We've watched the zoo recover from the 2011 flood and are really happy with the improvements. Each trip more animals have returned home and new exhibits are open. Keep up the good work.

I really enjoyed this small zoo. It has been totally updated since the horrible flood in Minot a couple of years ago. The animals are up close and personal. There are lions, and tigers, and bears plus lots more. Nice gift shop. My grandson got to feed the giraffe. There are all the basic animals and a children's zoo is... More
