Lovely day out, quaint little place, nice sights, lovely places to eat, drink and shop. Well worth a visit but you may get bored if you were there all day and gradually it is getting more and more tourists which is ruining it to what it was 10 years ago.

There's a little park for kids, and loads of places to eat and get drinks. when we were there, there was a flash storm which was crazy! The pictures are below. it was amazing... More

Visited nessebar In September as it had been recommended to us by people in our hotel.as a young couple I got a bit bored after about an hour there are lots of little shops but you get followed around them by the staff and hassled when you are browsing. Not really a favourite place to visit.

Take the little chu-chu-train which runs through Sunny Beach and ask the driver where to change. Eat at one of the restaurants high up with a view to the harbour.

Loved sitting in the little cafes watching the world go by, while having a coffee. Views from the top totally stunning!

Nessebar has a really charning old feel to it but is perhaps not what it once was due to the influx of tourists but still worth a visit.

The Old City of Nessebar is a wonderful place to walk on a sunny day. We went there in the winter so the village was quiet and there were few souvenir shops open.

Nessebar has a lot of small stores, maybe a bit too much. It also needs to more band to its history: now there were ruins everywhere but I would like to have a more detailed info about the ruins and history to today.

Beautiful place; great to visit at night and walk around. Parking was hard to find. Food and shopping here was really good; a nice break from the drunk Westerners on Sunny Beach.

The best decision during our stay in Bulgaria was to visit this town. It is amazing, with beautiful ancient buildings, tiny small streets and a wonderful view. Better to organize your own trip to visit this town, public transport is good and much better adventure than a trip organized by tour operators.
