Very easy to get around. Faculty and students very friendly and provide great directions. The student union is a great building and make sure you stop by the Medical School. Very nice inside.

It is such a beautiful campus! I loved going to school here and also at Central High. Good teachers and great education!

Nice campus though spread out quite a bit. Great engineering and nursing schools. They are building a new medical school, which should be top rate. Good public transportation helps you get around. The surrounding community is very supportive and welcoming. A really nice place.

The University of North Dakota provides a big city education in a small town setting. The campus is beautiful with everything you could ask for within walking distance: Chester Fritz Auditorium hosts famous acts and Broadway plays, Division I sporting events, beautiful campus, museums, Greek houses and dormitory living, various food courts, various religious facilities. Definitely worth checking out.

This is a great college with a surprisingly beautiful camplus. You wouldn't think there'd be much to do in Grand Forks, but it's a good college town.

Many clean hotels, and going on the website for grand forks to check for upcoming events, like the downtown festival and wine tastings from various ND wineries.

As an East Coast/West Coast academic snob, I wouldn't have thought much of the University of North Dakota before visiting. However, the campus and its facilities are in fact quite impressive. The staff and students are very proud of the place and it clearly has high standards. I was taken with it as well as its location in the leafy,... More
