Summer months mean Red Hawks baseball in Fargo. On the campus of North Dakota State University, this minor league stadium is a most enjoyable way to spend a summer evening. The excellent baseball is complemented by an equally delicious and diverse selection of available food and between innings there are always fun short entertainments for kids and adults.

We love going to the Newman Outdoor Field for the RedHawks games. The facility is great and they run many programs for kids. This is always a fun afternoon or evening activity.

I wasn't looking forward to going to a ball game in such a small town. But was I surprised. There was all the concessions you could dream of, the seats were great and there was even a playground for the kiddies.

Very friendly and not a bad seat in the house. Loved the corn stalk foul poles. The staff was very nice and I highly recommend the Hawkeye Taco at the Taco Shack. We had great seats next to the dugout that offered a great view of the entire stadium. We parked a couple of blocks away and took the "shuttle... More

I took my son to his first game their. He was amazed. The players are great. They do a lot of extra activities for the kids. After the game he got to run the bases with the players.

If you are in Fargo during the summer, make sure to see the minor league baseball team there. The venue is fun, people are very friendly, price is right and you will enjoy the game as it was meant to be without spending a fortune. On a college campus with beautiful surroundings.

Decent ballpark. $11 tickets. The food selection was ok, not huge variety but the usual hotdogs, little donuts and lemonade etc. Parking for the game was $2. Enjoyable visit. Points off for their Canadian anthem rendition :)

Great time for a family outing. Especially fun on fireworks nights. Fair variety of foods available. Decent view from just about any seat.

This is a fantastic baseball stadium. Not a bad seat in the house. Lots of good food and beverages. One of my favorites places to go during the baseball season. A lot of 'bang' for your entertainment buck. Plus, the Redhawks usually win. Not to be missed if visiting in or around Fargo!

There are few summer activities more fun than watching the Redhawks at Newman Field. All seats give a fine view of the action. The food is great, with all the usual foods and snacks, several local restsurant booths and great beer. You won't have to take out a loan for either seats or food! And don't miss the bargains at...
