This was the first time we had tried stand up paddle boarding and we all loved it! There were only 6 in our group so it was a nice small group with lots of attention from our instructors Bradley and Katherine. Bradley really encouraged my 12 year old grandson to stand up and was very patient and encouraging with both... More

Another fantastic week of camp for my boys! Even though it rained, the counselors found ways to keep the kids entertained. The instructors were wonderful and my boys are already looking forward to next summer!

I reviewed Guppy Camp last year and my boys did Grom Camp this year. First, I have to say that customer service is amazing. We registered for one week that turned out not to work for us and they obliged us by easily switching the weeks. Any questions I had were always answered quickly and everyone is friendly. The biggest... More

The instructors - Alexis, Evan, Rashidi and Devon - were amazing!! Can't say enough nice things about them.. There was never a day or time when they didn't have big smiles on their faces and a genuine excitement about being with the children! All of the children were warmly welcomed each day...my son loved all of the "kids-at-heart" instructors! The... More

We were 5 adults over on a holiday trip in Surf City - we had booked this surf course well in advance and were really looking forwards to it. We had booked a Monday as private group, the Tuesday to keep a couple of board and the Wednesday another private group. On Monday, two instructors turned up on time and... More

My 14 year old son and his friend had a great lesson with Brad! He was patient with the boys and gave great instruction. I think he was as excited as they were with their successes! Both boys have said surfing with Brad has been the highlight of our vacation at North Topsail Beach! I was very pleased with the... More

Our 14 year old son just returned from two weeks in Costa Rica. His words: it was the best! He said not only his surfing skills improved, but he had a lot of fun at camp. From the surfing, to hiking, to river-rafting, zip-lining, planting trees in the jungle and milking goats, all activities well run and kept the campers... More

My 14 year old just returned and loved it all! She said the counselors were who made it so fun and each day was packed with surfing and activities. While she didn't love the activities that much, she enjoyed the group and meeting kids from Barcelona and England so it was fun regardless of what they were doing. Camp was... More

We just love this camp! I love it because it is so well run and every single instructor is upbeat and knowledgable about surfing. They make sure each camper is safe in the water. I can leave my daughter with them, knowing she's in good hands, make that great hands. My daughter loves WB Surf camp because she struggled with... More
