First, ask for Amanda and you can't go wrong. I speak as a therapist myself, and she's good. Knows many modalities, has a pleasant personality, and is intuitive, which I always appreciate, since you can't tell a therapist everything on an intake form and short interview. The spa itself is a separate building from the Waynesville Inn, down the hill... More

We had an awesome experience. We had facials , Swedish massage and balsam pedicure, so relaxing after a day of hiking. We sat on the porch in rocking chairs in our robes sipping tea wearing heated neck wraps overlooking the golf course and beautiful mountains ! What a great hidden treat!

My friends and I spent a rainy day at the Balsam Spa, and we loved it! Such a beautiful spa and the staff was really good! After our massages, we loved it so much that we actually went back for another treatment right after the first one. Would highly recommend this spa!

This was the perfect ending to a great vacation. After all the hiking, walking around town a spa treatment was just what we needed. They did a good job of helping us to relax.

I was in the area for the weekend and happened to see the reviews of this spa which were all excellent. This is not a very large spa but the staff and the servies are excellent. I glad I made a part of my get away

My granddaughter and I wanted to do a spa day while in Waynesville, we decided on the Balsam Spa as it was close to where we were staying, we were not disappointed. The spa is very quaint and the staff very friendly, our massage therapists were wonderful and our spa day was extremely enjoyable.

The Balsam Spa is situated at the Waynesville, NC Country Club. Just a club length from the driving range. The staff are pleasant, courteous and happy to meet ones needs. You get good value for your money, but it wasn't one of the best massages I have had.

My husband and I visited the spa for our anniversary massage and relaxation time. Both of us had an amazing massage. I had Amanda and would highly recommend her for an attentive, firm massage. Thank you so much. It was th highlight of out trip to the Waynesville golf resort and spa. Also, the music that was played during my... More

Went to the spa for a couples anniversary massage, very nice, quiet, calm environment, friendly staff. On the pricey side, but a nice treat.

Try their hot stone massage which is both relaxing and invigorating at the same time. The lady who does the massages is very talented and you will leave her session feeling like a new man/woman!
