Immediately off the swing bridge, always the first stop. Stretch my legs after the drive, let my dog out of the car, and walk down the long sound pier, letting me now I'm on the island!

Located right after the bridge going into Surf City, clean with ample parking and clean bathrooms. On Friday evenings during the summer, they offer a free 'family movie night'. You can bring your own snacks and lounge chairs. Pet friendly, with a nice park for the kids. Walking pier adds to the scenery. They also have a walkway that heads... More

Beautiful, great area to take a break or have a meal right on the water. Watching the swinging bridge is a plus from this area.

This park was okay. If you have children that need to play off some energy while you fish off the pier, this is a good place. The playground alone is just a regular attraction and we took our son because it was a little to chilly for him to get back in the water at the beach (it was 7:30pm).... More

This is a great place to stop and stretch your legs or kill a little time. It is a pretty park with lots to look at. If you are lucky, you'll get to see the swing bridge in operation.

Nice park for people to visit unlike the beach, good atmosphere...wish the beach was. It has playground for kids and piers for fishing and boat ramps, and sometimes weekly activities, Fourth of July is killer

This park is fabulous! There are lots of places to picnic, or if you just want to stroll around, there are great areas to walk and admire all the beauty and wildlife of the Topsail area. There are little benches everywhere to relax and if you time it right you can even get a close view of the Swing Bridge... More
