May 2013 : Went to see Son Amar with a friend of mine. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole spectacle, music and dance, and especially the flamenco , which was first class ! The food was ok, but there was plenty of wine!! The tickets a,lso included coach trip there and back, so for the price of the tickets, this was... More

So dinner was mediocre but the wine flowed feely and so did the squash for the kids! As for the show expect dancers, singers, comedy, live horses and lots of flamenco. Lot of effort out into this show and it's in a beautiful setting. Very professional

I attended the celebration show on Saturday 2nd November .Not really being a show type person ,I wasn't really expecting alot ....but what a great surprise . A very professional show ,hugely entertaining with some very talented performers . The food was actually quite good for this type of catering .... Initially the ticket prices may seem high but once... More

Son Amar I have recently returned from a weeks holiday in Majorca. As it was my first time I took everyone’s advice and payed a visit to The Son Amar. Boy was I disappointed. We did our tour operators trip and could not fault the transportation or organisation. My disappointment was with the Son Amar itself. On arrival we were... More

This is one night out you must see. A mixture of traditional and world wide dance and music not dissimilar to riverdance. Food is ok and the wine flowed freely. You would pay top money for this in LA or the west end without the meal and drinks.

We went with a party of friends on an organised trip from the hotel. The wine flowed from the time we arrived , not the best but very drinkable and kept coming. Viewing was excellent although we were not in the most expensive seats. The food was fine considering the number being catered for and the service swift so had... More

This is a spectacular variety show. It is geared for the International audience as a result the show is visual rather than audial. As a dinner show I should mention the food which is not the best but the wine flows freely and the show makes up any deficiencies. I last saw this show 10 years ago and the format... More

We went to Son Amar and Moulin Rouge within a few days of each other and were asked which we enjoyed the most.We did not do the dinner option at Moulin Rouge so cannot comment on that but did note how cramped the dinning was compared to Son Amar. But how do the stage shows compare.? Both are similar formats... More

The food was good, wine was free flowing and the show was fantastic. We went with an organised trip from the hotels. Photo shots were plentifull but no obligation to buy (we did as it was a good photo of the two of us and that seldom happens!!). No problem getting a replacement bottle when the wine was finished. We... More

This show has a little bit of everything, comedy acrobats, singing, dancers, and great musical accompaniment. After buying our tickets we were not sure what to expect, as we were only on the 'Gold Seating' area and not VIP or Platinum....(Paupers seats?)HA HA! However the seating was great and I think werever we were placed we would have had a... More
