One of the reasons to go to this area was to play this course. Nothing on website or internet tells you that it is closed on during this time and restaurant has extremely limited hours. I have been playing at Sapphire since 1987 when it was called Holly Forest. I have always enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the design of the course. Getting to this golf course, and the town of Sapphire, requires patience - it's off the interstate and alot of the way is 40 MPH, curvy mountain roads - so slow down and enjoy the scenery.
