What a nice little spot to stop for a moment and take a good walk. There was plenty of nature to watch, and people were fishing. There were also boats to rent if you wanted to paddle around.

I couldn't get over how inexpensive it was to camp here - even for out of staters like us, it was only $24/night, which was crazy cheap. When we arrived late afternoon Saturday, there were kids running around everywhere like fleas - in the street, on bikes, just little kids everywhere yelling and screaming. Paid for two nights camping and set up once we arrived. We discovered that our campsite had a dead fall right where we set up the tent. We checked one site over and it had a dead tree, as well. The site across the way had two dead trees. We ended up leaving rather than take a chance on tree... More

I recently moved to the Salisbury area and with 4 children ages 2, 4, 10 and 15, I decided to check this park out. It was FANTASTIC!!!! Very clean and well kept. The kids loved the paddle boats and the walking and riding trails were great. The kids want to go back every weekend.

Sand volleyball courts, outdoor playgrounds, walking paths, all of which are no cost. The other features, mini golf, train, carousel, barnyard, small zoo, and gem mining have a small cost to participate in. Just a tip...some of the... More

Visited yesterday with my daughter and nieces ( ages 7 to 13 ) they rode the small train, carousel , went on a picnic and played on the playground. Their favorite activity was by far the gem mining....it is a must!
