I've been visiting Dan Nicholas Park since I was a kid and now enjoy taking my kids there. You've got miniature golf, gem panning/mining, a play ground, carousel, mini-train ride, & paddle boats to enjoy there. On top of that, there's a very nice campground for those outdoor enthusiasts who want to pitch a tent or use the RV. I'm... More

Amenities were great. Children played a lot of games and the golf and paddle boats were great. We will return in a few months.

Don't come expecting any kind of wi-fi or cell service; neither are reliable but we were ok with that. Bathrooms at the campground were the nicest and cleanest I've ever seen.... More

We liked that you could buy individual tickets for the rides instead of 1 expensive ticket. My only dislike was... More

From paddleboats to a splash pad, horseshoes to basketball, train ride to swing set, petting zoo to fishing, snacks, mining gems and picnic areas with grills, this place has it all without being overwhelming. Take a date or take the family!

I messed up and checked the park hours, not the attraction hours. Going back during attraction hours even with the hour drive. Spectacular for sure.

We went here for the first time and really enjoyed the gem mining and aquarium! We went for the gems but stayed and enjoyed the entire park. Very nice! We went again 2weeks later and are planning to camp here as well!
