We visited this winery on a day trip with Bums on Seats and what a great choice it was. There are lot's of wineries in the Barossa but this was so much better than going to a large company. We met the owners Richard and Ingrid and their son in law Craig and we were able to talk them and... More

What to say... The food was awesome, good choices, good portions. The restaurant must have the best view of the valley, you feel like you are sitting in the middle of a vineyard... The wines are interesting, they are making a few rarer styles. There is also a small art gallery upstairs.

On the recommendation of our B&B guests from Adelaide we visited Richard and Ingrid's place in Tanunda. Unfortunately our visit to the Barossa Wine Valley lasted only 2 days, but we didn't waste time coming back to this outstanding winery and cafe on our second day. Wish we could come 3-4 times a week like the previous reviewer. Food and... More

Excellent food and great hospitality. Good Vegetarian menu, organic S.A. grown coffee. Loved the homemade lemonade and Poppy the dog!

A very scenic and easy going place for lunch. Hard to fault. Impressive unique wines as well. We will be back.

We went here for lunch and a tasting while on a wine tour. By this stage we were all starting to get on the slighlty tipsy side so its a good thing lunch (and a tasting) were next. Now the veiw from this place is amazing. Its all glass looking out over the surrounding area. Its a very new winery... More

We ate here on a horse and carriage tour. 'Krondorf Rd Cafe' is located in Kabminye winery. The people are so friendly and the food is very good. The sausages with cabbage was amazing.

we have enjoyed lunch here a number of times and the third has always been excellent. The restaurant area is great with views to the surrounding vines and hills. A Very good choice of wines awaits. There is usually something interesting on in the gallery upstairs.

This was the winery we had lunch at on a wine tour. The wines were good and a little unusual eg zinfandel for the region. Laid back place. I think the food would be better if it wasn't included in the tour is you went here to have lunch off the menu. Well worth a visit.
