They have a great little museum of all things Scottish here. Very imformative. All tours are well laid out and help is plentiful. The free walk brochure is a beauty and well worth the effort. Allow a little time here, it will be well worth your time

A great layout. Easy to find information of the surrounding areas. I should use information centres more often when traveling

Clean, well displayed information centre with a museum display at the rear of the building. On this particular day it is a shame that the staff member was unhelpful and disinterested. The playground nearby is fantastic with picnic tables and lots of fun!

A great place to get maps of the Coonawarra vineyards and restaurants and nearby attractions plus information about the first Australian Catholic canonised saint, Saint Mary McKillop, and related historical sites. We also saw an excellent diplay about the early migrants to Penola, lots of Scots in the nineteenth century but migrants from unexpected countries also. Just off the main... More

A great display of the history of the local area. We spent an hour on Saturday afternoon looking around and it was a great break from all the wine tasting.

I had a great time in Penola, the information centre was very helpful, Coonawarra is a piece of paradise with all the fabulous wines to try. We had the most amazing week-end staying at the Koonara Cottage and thank-you to everyone at Koonara for a great experience, your wine is superb! Thank-you.
