Zema Estate is a small family winery located in the heart of the Coonawarra wine region. The Zema family is proud of the traditional techniques they employ in their vineyard; dry land viticulture and hand pruning are two such practices, which help to produce intense, rich fruit of the highest quality. The Cellar Door is open seven days from 9am to 5pm and the winery welcomes visitors.

Big wines made for cellaring. My favourite of all at Coonawarra, well I say that everywhere, but I do have a big soft spot for Zema. They have a very good selection of museum wines for sale here. I think our car was filled with the purple label. We had a 2003 Cabernet the other night. Pure bliss. great Cabernets... More

Some of the best, often underrated and value for money reds. Don't miss Zema on your Coonawarra trip. Enjoy.

Drop into Zema Estate Winery, they are very friendly, have excellent wine, especially their Cabernet Sauvignon and say hi to Greg Clayfield winemaker and is a great guy - enjoy

We spend a couple of days wine tasting. The person on the service desk was polite but did not have the passion for her wine that the others serving did. A lot of people came and bought the wine but she seemed to be just there pouring the wine not really being passionate about it.

Very nice wine and hospitality. Worth a visit. The Cluny was surprisingly good given that I'm not a fan of blends. Both the Family Selections were great.

Such sensational wine... but the service in the form of entertainment, information and general enthusiasm from the lovely lady during our cellar door tasting experience was sublime. We walked out with some product ...and more respect for the Zema label and the people behind it. Great stuff!

Its always nice to be greeted by a smiling face and have someone go through the wines with you, and they sure did it for us at Zema Estate. Whilst travelling through to Melbourne from Adelaide, my wife and I stopped off with our kids at this stunning cellar door. Whilst the kids ate some gelati, my wife and I... More
