We took the day trip on the catamaran to the Tongalooma resort and had a great day exploring the island including snorkeling among the sunken ships. Well worth the money it cost

I have been over to Moreton Island on many occasions over the years. The water is perfect and the sand is so clean !! The dolphin feeding at Tangalooma is fantastic and so is exploring the other end of the island - Bulwer.

My family of 4 booked this trip and Adrian picked us from our hotel at Redcliffe at 7am. The jeep travelled on a ferry lead us to the island which was simply a paradise and the last piece of untouched land on earth. We had a bumpy ride on Adrian's 4WD across the island and fully experienced how a rally... More

I do not think that this 4 wheel drive bus tour to the lighthouse represents good value at $149 per person (discounted internet rate). To save you reading time, I will give my rating on my personal scale at the beggining of my review. It is : 'Would not do again even if it was free'. Mind you, if you... More

This island is beautiful. You need to visit it. The desert is beautiful . If you get a chance you need try sand boarding. All you need a a length of board, wax it up with a candle and down you go :))))

Visiting Moreton Island was a fantastic experience. From feeding the Dolphins to tours of the Island were also fantastic. I highly recommend having a relaxing massage. When you book your stay you have a complimentary breakfast and Dolphin Feeding. I recommend you stay in one of the villas, they come with a Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedrooms and so on.

One of the most beautiful places to visit. We arrived by boat and its remote enough that you feel like you are on a remote island but you can see boats around so you are not alone. The water is magical and the beaches great. Great spot to go boating, swimming, snorkeling.

You can go to moreton Island for a day trip in your own boat, or by catching the barge from Brisbane, (you can even take your 4x4 over, either way its worth the trip, the waters are pristine and we often see dugongs, dolphins, turtles and starfish as we cruise along the waters, you can snorkle at the wrecks, climb...
