This beach was set within some beautiful white rocks. The entrance to the beach is very calm and shallow. You can swim out towards the sea, it was a very windy day but still totally swimable. Lots of people were snorkeling, we wanted too but forgot our gear at the hotel. We were married on MIlos, and our photographer got... More

There is a bus going to this beach couple of times a day. However, I missed the last bus and so took a taxi there. There is a parking area up the hill and if you wanted to see the beach, you have to walk down for some 10-20mins. And so comfortable shoes are recommended. As I don't want the... More

The beach is made up of smooth, white stone that form waves of cream under the rays of sun. A brilliant, electric blue water rushes through in the midst of the white rocks. It was a rare sight that I had never seen before. The beach is literally just smooth white rock. No sand, no pebbles, just a smooth white... More

This is a white place with blue and green lagoons. It is so amazing that the first time you go you really wonder if you are still on earth. Good place to swim.

I don't recommend Sarakiniko for swiming. It is OK, but you can find better options around the island, but the landscape is fantastic.

The landscape is breathtaking, the beach clean, not very crowdy, the sea always clean and not very cold. There is a parking almost 150mt from the beach and the pass is not dangerous or curt. Full of caves to hide from sun on the sides, some small trees and bushes around as well. a sandy beach in the middle of... More

Lunar landscape beach. Very beautiful and nice to take pictures. For swiming I will suggest another beach, maybe firopotamos. But it is worth to visit it.

A very unique place. The beach is wasn't so nice when i visited it, as the weather was from the north. It is better to visited when there is no wind, but you have to visited even only for photos! White rock formations from volcano dust makes you feel that you are in the moon!

An amazing inlet surrounded by a lunar landscape. Crystal clear water and fantastic rock formations. You will need transport as it is a but off the beaten track. Make sure to visit Mandrika while you are in the area . Quaint.

If you visit Milos you have to visit the white moon scape at Sarakinko. It's a visual wonderland where pure white rocks meet deep blue warm sea. It's very difficult to describe further....you have to see it and enjoy a wonder of nature
