Nice arena. Seats are tight, but tolerable for a few hours. There is tons of parking and lots of bathrooms.

The parking fees at PNC Arena are a bummer, but if you're willing to walk a little there is free parking around the adjacent office buildings and other areas surrounding PNC Arena. Otherwise, Hurricanes games are fun and during appreciation nights tickets are very inexpensive; less than parking at times.

I recently attended a concert at the PNC arena a couple of weeks after knee surgery. The staff was amazingly helpful at helping us to a handicapped parking spot, and volunteers appeared immediately at the door with a wheelchair to get me to my seat. They let me use a second chair to prop up my leg to keep it... More

The Venue was good, but there was a major problem on Friday the first day of our Regional International Convention the transformer for the main A/C blew up anf there was no air and with over 14,600+ people in there it was like a sauna, or a sweat box, by sunday it was fix and the place was barely ok... I went here for a Jehovah's Witnesses Convention. This is my first time coming to Raleigh and going to PNC. I usually go to Hampton Coliseum in Hampton Va. for the Jehovah's Witness Convention. I must say that I like PNC Arena a whole lot better than Hampton Coliseum. PNC Arena is a huge arena. The seats are red and... More

We really enjoyed the PNC arena, after decades of going to the old, out of date Richmond Coliseum for our yearly conventions, it was a great change of pace. It is modern with lots of seating. Not a lot of leg room, but not too many places of this sort cater to such a thing. Would love to return in... More

We attended our corporate event here and was pleasantly surprised. The food was average and have tasted better. A great venue for large groups ( corporations). overall a great facility.

The arena would be top quality 5 star if parking was better! Katy Perry concert was fanonamal ! The concessions were good and the lighting and setup was good.

The best concert ever and I've been to a lot. From the initial gang of 10 dance team (creative and intense) to the most pit stage that allowed several hundred fans to get front row seats Katy was awesome. RBC center is so family oriented and does a great job, except for the $16 bud light. A little pricey there... More

Never had a problem except trying to leave the parking lot. Which is expected when thousands of people are leaving the same spot at the same time. The staff has always been helpful and the facilities have been clean. I've been going to PNC since it opened and it's been through a couple names but it's always been a good... More
