I love the arena, it's very convenient to park and go in where you're seats are. It has lots of options as far as beverages and stuff like that. It can be a bit pricey but that's the nature of living in Raleigh. The staff is awesome & very helpful!

Having been a full-season Canes ticket holder since 2001, I have spent many nights and hours at the arena....There are so many reasons that I like this arena...The staff is fantastic and friendly and I have enjoyed meeting new friends....To me, it is one of the best facilities in Raleigh...The Arena Club Restaurant has an excellent buffet and a good... Saw fantastic Bruno Mars concert, as well as Hurricanes and other events. Very organized and loads of food and drink options inside.

My family visited here to see Sesame Street Live. This was our first visit to PNC as we had just moved to the area. The show was great, but the arena was very nice. The staff were super friendly and there were in great supply. There was someone at every turn to help you in finding restrooms, seats, etc. We... More

Nice arena. Seats are tight, but tolerable for a few hours. There is tons of parking and lots of bathrooms.

The parking fees at PNC Arena are a bummer, but if you're willing to walk a little there is free parking around the adjacent office buildings and other areas surrounding PNC Arena. Otherwise, Hurricanes games are fun and during appreciation nights tickets are very inexpensive; less than parking at times.

I recently attended a concert at the PNC arena a couple of weeks after knee surgery. The staff was amazingly helpful at helping us to a handicapped parking spot, and volunteers appeared immediately at the door with a wheelchair to get me to my seat. They let me use a second chair to prop up my leg to keep it... More

The Venue was good, but there was a major problem on Friday the first day of our Regional International Convention the transformer for the main A/C blew up anf there was no air and with over 14,600+ people in there it was like a sauna, or a sweat box, by sunday it was fix and the place was barely ok... I went here for a Jehovah's Witnesses Convention. This is my first time coming to Raleigh and going to PNC. I usually go to Hampton Coliseum in Hampton Va. for the Jehovah's Witness Convention. I must say that I like PNC Arena a whole lot better than Hampton Coliseum. PNC Arena is a huge arena. The seats are red and... More

We really enjoyed the PNC arena, after decades of going to the old, out of date Richmond Coliseum for our yearly conventions, it was a great change of pace. It is modern with lots of seating. Not a lot of leg room, but not too many places of this sort cater to such a thing. Would love to return in... More
