Great Hockey Venue

Being that we're Detroit Red Wings fans living in the south, we had to travel to the closest place possible to see our team!! What a wonderful venue to see great hockey!!

PNC is Raleigh's largest entertainment & sports venue. Holding thousands, it is where various sports, concerts, and entertainment, i.e. Disney on Ice, happens. Check out their Calendar of Events on their website! We saw "Cher" pre-empted by Cindy Lauper there......and our seats, although not the closest, still allowed for great views/sound. Like all arenas, there's concession stand food, beverages, including... More

Nice Arena. Went to a Hurricanes match. Son-in-Law found some nice seats at a good price. Not too much of a hockey fan and would not pay their regular rates.

Went here for a new York rangers vs hurricanes game. There were let's go rangers chants the entire time, there was more blueshirts there than red!! Which, for me being a Ranger fan was amazing to see. Probably one of my favorite hockey games because of the atmosphere. Just curious to know how many canes fan show up to other... More

Located outside the downtown area, getting to the arena was fairly easy. The arena is clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of food choices. Prices are typical for arena fare but portions are big enough to share. Some local flavor served such as BBQ. Bathrooms were clean. Great venue for hockey.

It is far removed from the city center, which I prefer. The arena is a large, clean and modern facility. The food and drink is expensive ($6.50 sm.beer/$10 lrg beer/$7 foot long hotdog/$5 cotton candy/aprx $6 for med. popcorn, not family sized, etc). The parking lot is massive, but amazingly well organized so there is no waiting time getting in... More

Went to my first hockey game here. The venue was very nice and clean. The fans were friendly. Bonus, we went on a home Sunday game and got to go down on the ice after the game for pictures. Fun times

Came for a hockey game. Seats are pretty comfortable and they offer in seat ordering which is nice although there is a large tip that is automatically included. I really liked the hurricane siren that went off before the game started. That was a cool experience as was human bowling. I have never seen that before anywhere else. They certainly... More

This was our first time attending an event at the PNC arena. We attended 3 Carolina Hurricanes hockey games while visiting family in the Raliegh area. We found the PNC arena parking to be well organized and managed so parking was a breeze both prior to the games and while leaving the facility. The facility was also very clean and... More

We went there to see the New York Rangers play the Hurricanes. It is a bit odd to go onto a college campus to see an NHL hockey game!!! The arena is nice but it does seem to be set-up more for basketball than hockey (ex: the sound was not so great). It was also strange that for pregame skate... More
