IMAX theaters never disappoint. I went for a showing of the D-Day presentation. It was great and the movies was very well done. This IMAX is located at the Marbles Museum in Raleigh and is very nicely located.

We have been Power Pass holders for several years. For those not familiar with this option, it allows a member to see first run movies for $5 and there is a separate line that gets in first, so if it is a popular movie, you get first choice on the seating. The Power Pass had been $45/yr per person, but... More

IMAX is the only way to see a 3D movie. You really feel like you are immersed in the movie. Even 2D movies are better on the bigger screen. The Wells Fargo IMAX theatre recently underwent a remodeling so it is more comfortable than ever with great stadium seating arrangement so every seat is a great seat. They also allow... More

Huge screen, great sound. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and they offer a pretty good frequent visitor program. Just make sure you show up early, sitting in the front row or on the extreme sides doesn't offer a good view.

You haven't seen a movie until you've seen it on this screen. Its a bit more expensive in comparison to a regular theater but its well worth it if you can afford to splurge for the extra special movies. I love that they play blockbusters like The Avengers, Spider man, Star trek, etc...

The IMAX Theatre is amazing. It is a great place to see 3D movies, and they have a wide array of educational films, as well as new release movies. Love IT!

Ticket prices are the same for the matinee or evening shows. There is a parking deck across the street. If you see a weekend show, the parking deck is free. Tir Na Nog, Café Luna, Big Ed's(breakfast & lunch), are all within a block. I buy my tickets, go eat, then come back and watch the show. The neighborhood is... More

Lined up 30 minutes before feature. You must wait in concession stand to get "will call" tickets . . and only ONE worker present. Strange business practice for a Saturday evening show. Seating doors opened 7 minutes before posted 7:10pm showtime. Little concern for safety when show let out at 10pm - there were lots of people in area visiting... More

IMAX is an amazing experience, especially in 3D. Best seating is towards the back, if you are too far up front, it takes awhile for your eyes to adjust to the size of the screen. If you see movies when they first come out, you may need to purchase tickets in advance online and get there at least an hour... More
