Paddle boating and vintage carousel!

Me and my husband stopped by to go paddle boating and ended up having a lot of fun on carousel mini train and playgrounds! Such a great, clean, affordable place for families.

This park, renovated a while ago is probably one of the nicest parks in the Southeast of it's type. All of the buildings were renovated and are very attractive outside. There are many things to do, the train ride, the paddle boat rides, the mini boat rides for the kids and the historic carousel that has been renovated. The Carousel... More

I wish I had a park like this in my area where I live. It is so amazing. Paddle boats, play grounds, merry go round, rides.. this is like the best place to spend a few hours of family time. And a cafe! My 3 year old had a blast here and did not want to leave. If we lived... More

I grew up going to Pullen Park. It is my most favorite childhood park. They renovated it a few years ago and it is even more beautiful and accommodating now. There is the beloved train and carousel, as well as the paddle boats and tug boats that small children can ride in. All tickets are $1/person and so it's definitely... More

Pullen Park should be a destination location in Raleigh. It is beautiful, has great things for kids to do, and is a wonderful place for picnics and large groups.

Great way to spend an afternoon with kids. We began going here when our daughter was about 18 months old and she's enjoyed each visit. The park, though small has enough to keep your little ones entertained and occupied for hours. The carousel is wonderful and quite fast. The carousel room features a period organ. The train ride is great... More

I love this place. My kids love it as well. The park is very clean and it has plenty of activity for the family. Our family's favorites are the carrousel merry-go-round and the small train that takes you around the park. You have to get tickets for the carrousel and train. It's has a huge running picnic area at the... More

If you ever need to get outdoors for a while, Pullen is the place to go. Right next to NC State, it's enjoyable for any age and for any situation.

We took our 2 year old grandson and he loved riding the carousel, riding the train, and playing on the playground.
