Love this place! There's so much for everyone, any age. My favorite is the train around the park. Our group was there for a company outing. We had a covered shelter but had lots of room to play games and spread out, run around and just have a good time. The shelter was reasonably priced, clean and in decent condition.... More

Great fun for family, esp. grandchildren! They loved all the rides, esp. the train ride, and play areas.

I haven't been before now in years. I must say that have made wonderful improvements. It's very nice and peaceful. Great for a couples walk or family outing. If you have kids you should ride the train.

This may be the best kept secret All of North Carolina. Antique carousel, miniature train on track, lots of playground equipment. All of the rides are extremely cheap. Food and drinks available on site. This is a no-brainer.

My husband just played a summer concert at the park. His band was near the concessions so we were able to see that section of the park. What we observed was well tended, lovely, serene sitting spaces, nice calming gardens and a variety of spaces for various uses. There is a ball park, train ride and a pool. Parking is... More

I have lots of memories of Pullen Park from my childhood and 50 years later it's still there! It's located directly beside NC State University, so it's easy to find. The train is available and still fun, so it's great for families with young children, but the park is good for all ages. Great place to walk and relax.

The most wonderful play grounds for multiple age children. Water play is included in one of the toddler playgrounds. We rode on the train, which was the grand finale of a great day. The carousel was hard to stay away from as the animals are awesome. This is the best park/playground we have ever visited.

My daughter was attending a conference in town and I wanted to take my son to Pullen Park. I had visited the park with a school group many years ago and wanted to show him the train. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the park was beautiful. The tickets for the train and carrousel were very cheap, $1 per... More

There is so much to do at Pullen Park...excellent playground with safe squishy paving under all equipment. The little train ride around the park is really fun and you can take a paddle boat out into the small lake. This park was given a facelift in the last few years and they did a bang-up job. Beautiful old restored carosel.

This place is little gem in the middle of everything. They have a train you can ride here for a small fee, there is a beautiful pond, playgrounds for the kids, carousel and places to sit and have a picnic. There are paved trails that you can walk around the park, restrooms and a couple little shops. Really love this... More
