I received this as a gift & enjoyed the tour and segway experience. The staff was extremely knowledgable, kind and helpful (there was only 1 person in our tour group w/ Segway riding experience). I'd definitely plan for another Segway tour.

Triangle Glides really has its act together. Equipment, including headsets for narration, was in perfect condition. Bruce was patient and thorough when training our group. Plenty of info was shared via email. Etc. Had a great time and learned a lot. Highly recommend!

In our group there were 3 novices... our first time on a Segway. The team takes plenty of time teaching each person how to safely use the Segway. This training was done with fun and great attitudes. We then took off when a tour guide, Darrow, who was fun as well as full of great information. Darrow shared many facts... More

Triangle Glides did a wonderful time training us before the ride, so that we could thoroughly enjoy the tour. Very professional and informative guides. I saw places and learned things that I never did in living here for 27 years! Very well done.

Got the Groupon for my husband as a present, and we just did a tour today. We both LOVED it! It was fun to learn how to ride the segway, and even though I'm not that coordinated, I figured it out and really enjoyed it. Hearing the narrative on the tour from Darrow was super interesting...even after living here for... More

First experience on a segway and it was awesome. Instruction was excellent and they made sure we were confident and safe before we started out. Our tour guide, Darrow, was superb. Patient, safety conscious, encouraging, calming, funny and very knowledgeable about all that there was to see. The whole experience was just wonderful and I can't wait to do it... More

Did the Oakwood tour with friends on Sunday, March 15th. We had a great time. Our guides were very engaging, safety conscious and entertaining. Would highly recommend taking this tour. We have another one booked next month.

The equipment is well maintained, the staff is friendly and organized, and Bruce Miller has done a fabulous job touring us around Raleigh for the second time now. I think I would like to be a tour guide now.

The only way you wouldn't like this if you are freak outed by segways. It was nerveracking at first but after you get a hang of this, it was great. I learned a lot about Raleigh and the city constantly changing. The only thing I wish was that we make a few more stops with scenic . pictures. The staff... More
