Great place to take a curious kid to. There are so many activities it can be overstimulating for a small child.

This is not a museum. It is a crowded, overpriced play gym. You have to pay for parking as well. Kids will enjoy it; however, you could just as easily go to a park instead.

I cannot say enough about this place. There are many learning stations set up for any child of any age. There were many employees who were always glad to help answer any questions we had. This facility was surprisingly clean for the amount of children in and out all day. We stayed until close, we had so much fun. Every... More

I heartily recommend this to anyone visiting the area. For anyone with kids under, say... 10 years old, this is a wonderful place to explore. Every time we go, my kids seem to find something new and intriguing. Bring lunch and eat at the tables outside, or eat at one of the local restaurants in walking distance. Parking is in... More

If you have small children or grandchildren, think about heading over to Marbles Kids Museum for a few hours of pure enjoyment for all of you. The odds are that young children will talk about the "pirate ship" for a very long time afterwards and will ask to come back. If they are creative and competitive, they will love the... More

My son visited this museum before it was renovated and called Marbles. Now, we're taking his daughter, my granddaughter, and love how it offers so many learning experiences and fun for young children!

I am not a kid...but I loved this place. If you travel with children, Marbles is should be on top of your list of must see places.

We are new here- so we are still excited about this place when everyone that lives here has a "been there done that" kind of attitude - but, for $5, seriously- $5!!!!! This place is better than any childrens place where I am from in the Baltimore/DC region and the price cannot be beat. This place would easily be $24.99... More

(The bottom floor) This is a fantastic fun place for kids 2-6+ to explore. Leave lots of time, but leave before your child becomes dazed and overwhelmed by all the choices of things to do (don't feel you have to everything the first visit).

My nieces and nephews visited me in Raleigh and I brought them here. I was surprised by how much fun it was! Ticket prices are reasonable. I will definitely bring them back.
