My boyfriend Scott and I parasailed for the first time off the coast of Ocracoke over Labor Day weekend. Going up 800 feet allows you to see the entire island, and our captain Hans made sure we got great shots of the Ocracoke Lighthouse and the island. We even got dipped in the ocean. Fly with the local boys is there motto. I went Parasailing for the first time in Ocracoke, NC. It was great. I was so nervous but the Captain and crew put us all at ease. You have the option of going to 400 feet, or for an additional charge you can fly at 800 feet. I only went 400 feet... more
