Wow. Clear water! Even fewer people than in Buxton. I went in the ocean up to my head, which I've never done before. If you are interested in shelling, this is the spot! more

You are protected by a lifeguard, easy bike ride from Ocracoke village, lots of paved parking with a short walk to beach, changing rooms, outdoor showers to rinse off and restrooms. more
