I purchased the tickets in advance online. They do not e-mail them to you. They e-mail you a confirmation and it says, "will call." I was on the island several days and honestly forgot all about the Ocrafolk Opry tickets I purchased in advance until I got home and was going through my e-mails related to my vacation. I realized... We enjoyed the show very much! Molasses Creek is a wonderfully talented band. I'm so glad we "discovered" this fun and enjoyable theater and band.

We enjoyed the show SO much! There are some amazing musicians here on Ocracoke! We just moved here and are really interested in the local music scene. Well worth the price of tickets!

Local talent is wonderful and the simple room and the storytellers and musicians are all that you need for a great time. I actually attended an interview with local watermen. Very informative and exciting to learn about the local people and their pull to work on the water.

World-class entertainment! We went as a family of four, including my toddler and baby. We all had a fantastic time. We saw Molasses Creek. The theater is small, but comfortable; it felt like I was in someone's living room listening to music. We are adding this to our list of must-do when visiting our favorite outer banks location! Just use... More

Brought total of 8 family members to this show-- we laughed, we cried, we sang. The most heartfelt moment was a rendition of "Home is an Island" by a local duo as well as some great fiddle/violin work.

Two wonderful hours of entertainment. Great music, interesting story telling, and whimsical piratical poetry. If your visiting Ocracoke take an evening and spend some time here. Very intimate setting, almost like you've been invited to their homes for a night with friends.

Both the Ocrafolk Opry and Molasses Creek are great--world class, in my opinion. Both shows are entertaining and suitable for old and young and in between. There's always something a little different show--a new tale, a new song, and maybe a new act. We try to see something at the Deepwater Theater each time we visit Ocracoke. As an added... More

The performances here are intimate, and one feels a part of the community, even when Capt. Rob tells jokes about "dingbarters," which is the local term for tourists, such as myself. I laughed! He laughed. We all laughed!
