Well, I was not impressed by the museum and felt it was overpriced for the few exhibits that were there. My family was in and out within 30 minutes of arriving. It is conveniently located near the main bridge and has ample parking. I believe it was $8.oo for adults and maybe $5.00 for kids. (maybe incorrect) I will not... More

This is a great small museum. It has a lot of great displays. The grandkids loved the touch tank. The staff was enthusiastic and informative. We found a rather large shark tooth on the beach and a staff person was nice enough to show us which shark it came from. I haven't been here in 15+ years and was rather... More

A wonderful small museum that has the best staff in the world. The staff is genuinely enthusiastic about the exhibits. They have an outstanding touch tank and we highly recommend watching the feeding session. A lot of care is taken with these fish. The fish are very healthy, tanks look great and the water quality is outstanding. I especially liked... More

Although it's not very big, it's very interesting and fun. Lots of little activities and a touch pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I've been once (no kids) and thought it was very interesting and informative. I espcially liked the turtle talk which gave so much information about the turtle nesting on the island. The petting area is wonderful if you have small kids...

When it rains at the beach , this is a good place to take the kids. Our grand-daughter loved the touch pool and giant turtle puzzle. We will return.

Three 11-13 yr old boys and three adults all found interesting things to educate and entertain them. What more could you ask for! Didn't expect to find such quality exhibits and interactive activities. Well worth the cover charge for a few hours of entertainment and cool air!!!!

Our family (daughter age 8) really enjoyed this museum. Many hands-on exhibits, small scavenger hunt for kids, and really cool "touch tank". We especially enjoyed talking to the lady at the touch tank. She really took her time to explain the creatures in the tank to our daughter and encouraged her to handle them. Price is right and a nice... More

This is a great under promoted spot that everyone should visit. Great taxidermy of all species and a marvelous tank for sea creatures where, with the help of a gifted volunteer docent, you can hold things in your hand and learn way more than you knew before. Don't miss it.
